Okay so do everything he says to do. up until the extract your files to the folder. then download this file I got the file from the Discord Server for AC Modding.
If the link is missing just join the server and look for OODLE. you should see someone uploaded the file there. Extract that file to the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge folder you extracted.
Step 1. Run Anvil and Extract the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge From your ACMirage Root Folder. Step 2. Paste the Files inside the new Created DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge Folder in your ACMirage Root folder, It should be inside a folder named extracted. Step 3. Download the File Above. That's the oodle DLL that is missing. (It causes the cannot be read errors) Step 4. Make sure you have the 4 files (See the image I provided) Step 5. Then on your Root Folder Cut or Delete the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge somewhere else as a backup or just remove it altogether (For some reason the Anviltool Kit Fails to Compile the file as it won't overwrite the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge that exists on the file path) Step 6. On your Anviltoolkit Navigate to the Extracted Folder. You should see the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge Folder. Press Repack.
If you've added the 4 files as well as removed the DataPC_SharedGroup_00.forge from the Root Folder before repacking it should work fine.
