I have bought it over steam. -Have you pasted my save files in your CORRECT save file destination (you can find this in my Read me file or online). -Have you tried using the save file converter?

i struggled with this for a bit, the problem i had was that i bought the game on steam and disabled cloud save on there but i forgot to disable cloud save on ubisoft connect. Worked first time after that.

Hi, I followed all the instructions and got the save files working and recognized by the game. But I seem to have an older version (v1.0.6) of the game and I was wondering if you have any save files from earlier that my older version could load? Thanks for the amazing work btw.
So, I managed to correctly download the save files and played them, everything ok. However, some achievements in the ubi launcher unlocked, while some didn't. Do you know why that is?
it works fine with the season pass version. glad i tried it instead of waiting for a misleading answer lolol sorry your frustrated enough to go all caps but now at least folks will see this and know it works with just the game and season pass.
For anyone else who did all the step correctly but still can't find success. Pls try "TRY DISCONNECTING YOUR INTERNET" then open the game, that should work fine after that =)) If still not works, try putting original save files from BlackElf123 and put it in Ubisoft game Launcher save folder, DISCONNECT internet then play
