It applies to all in-game cutscenes and the seasons CGI cutscenes. However it does not apply to the remaining CGI cutscenes in the game (there’s only a handful).
So does this mod unlock the 30fps cutscenes cap? If so...then the title is so confusing and misleading cause it implies only season change cutscenes gets this.
It unlocks the seasons CGI cutscenes as well as well other in-game cutscenes. However it does not unlock other CGI cutscenes. It’s confusing because I had to add that extra mod and I only realized it later.
It has to be used with Lyall plug in and possibly without SpecialK. I'll update the mod to include those. In the meanwhile, you can find the fix here: https://github.com/Lyall/ACShadowsFix
you dont need to force preset K to use MFG.The presets have to do with the upscaler. Actually, don't use preset K in this game as it causes ghosting. Use preset E.
Which folder do the files go into, option 1 or option 2? If option 2, do we replace the old videos with the new ones?
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Shadows
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Shadows\videos
EDIT** Just did option 1 and it worked. For anyone who doesn't know, just replace the old files with the new ones when you place the videos folder into the games directory.

So which one is it?
Which software did you use to increase the FPS?
1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Shadows
2. C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Assassin's Creed Shadows\videos
EDIT** Just did option 1 and it worked. For anyone who doesn't know, just replace the old files with the new ones when you place the videos folder into the games directory.
Thanks for the mod!
