Its just a ReShade preset, I dont have much to say and im not using some kind of code, I just spend some time to do this. I would like to know some stuff better and making a video about it but im shy, sorry
because he breaks immersion, he doesn't fit at all. also his playstyle is s#*! which is even more annoying. i prefer stealth, although i understand that it would just be a model swap. at least it'd be more believable then. i don't think it's possible anyway..
Hello there. I'll take an art style preset over an "ultra realistic" one any day
To save on some steps for the people who download your preset, when they get to the step where it asks what shaders they want to use, if they just pick your preset it will automatically select the shaders your preset requires. This can save on compile time vs downloading all the shaders that can come with the ReShade installer because there are quite a few shaders compared to even just a year or two ago.
This will also eliminate the step of having to put the preset into the game folder because the Reshade.ini file that is created during the ReShade installation will automatically make your preset the default one used on game startup. Hopefully this helps
I also appreciate you saying which in-game settings you were using when you made your preset. That's always nice to see.
That is correct. Checking all of the boxes in ReShade when you make your own preset is fine if you want to see all the free shaders that are available, but for someone who just wants to use a specific preset then that isn't necessary
Im sorry i don't mean to be so blunt. But who would play like this? It would be fine if the textured where not mushed to goo. This looks absolutely horrible. Also. i hate re-shades but that's a me problem.
As I mentioned in the description, I didn’t create this ReShade to spend hours playing with it. This is the closest I could get to replicating the traditional Sumi-e art style. There’s a slight spoiler, but early in the game, almost everyone encounters a mini-mission that features this art style.
Unfortunately, I’m not a developer of this game and can’t apply the same filter directly, so I created this one in the hope of inspiring someone more skilled than me to refine it further or give us the opportunity to switch to the original game's Sumi E style.
The texture looks like that because I wanted to create an ink-like effect. In motion, these textures move slowly—it’s not a static filter.
Hating reshades in general tells us you hate good color grading and love the slop you get served up by the devs who f*#@ it below camera sdr standards in next to any game. Or you just have a bad screen.
I will test this reshade but I probably won't play with i. However, It has the advantage of offering a real aesthetic alternative to the game and moving away from the "ultra" "realistic" "another" "next gen" "fidelity" reshades which are ultimately just reshades with excessive and unrealistic desaturation, sharpening and coloring. Great job.
Thank you very much, dude. I mainly created this ReShade to inspire someone who knows ReShade better than I do to recreate the style that the game has at certain moments. I can't clarify further to avoid spoilers (even if it's a small one).

Thank you for your good words.
