      Same. The ShadeToggler preset by Otis is no longer in Reshade when going through the list of effects to install.  :(

      @BioticGodN7: It is important that you download the reshade file with full Add On Support. Then you'll get one additional step during setup after chosing the shaders (or "uncheck all" like in this mods description), where you can select the addons you like and there it has the ShadeToggler.
      
      @batmancolah: The ini file is in the downloads section right here.

   thank you so much. i actually like the light shift change because i'm using it to see in the dark. i have unlimited adrenaline so i can keep hitting my abilities.

    can someone please assist me in making this mod work. ive followed all the steps including adding +1 under general in the ini file. the reshader  menu comes up and displays i have the group effect for this mod on and it still doesnt seem to be working, ive restarted and tried different hotkeys..
    please any help would be extremely appreciated. this effect is literally ruining the game for me lol.
