Brutal Performance Config for Assassin’s Creed Shadows – Max FPS Boost
This configuration file is designed for players who want to squeeze every possible frame per second out of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. It pushes nearly every graphical setting to the absolute minimum to maximize performance — ideal for low-end systems, high refresh rate monitors, or anyone prioritizing smooth gameplay over visuals.
The only exception is trees and vegetation, which have been slightly preserved to maintain world readability and basic atmosphere. Everything else — including crowd density, physics, shadows, lighting, water, post-processing, and ray tracing — has been completely minimized or disabled.
The file is also protected against automatic overwrites, as the game tends to reset config files after launch. By setting the file to read-only, this version ensures persistent high-performance settings.

- Download the
.ini file from this page. - Copy it to the following directory:
Documents\Assassins Creed Shadows\AC Shadows - Replace the existing file if prompted.
- Right-click the file, select Properties, and enable Read-only.
This prevents the game from resetting your settings.
