Why aren't you releasing mod tools until the next ac game comes out, or until this game outlives its usefulness and UBISOFT goes out of business? There are a lot of incomplete things about this game. The modding community needs to be more active with mod tools to attract more players.
@Masknet I'm frustrated too but to be fair, what if he's just waiting until most patches are released to save him having to update his tool every other week? I see the opposite all the time in other communities and it's a constant battle that must be a lot of work, unpaid. If it stops working it's not like you've got a guide listing the details for every change the devs have made. You've got to debug that shit.
And remember, it's not just the software engineering - it's the PR he'd need to do for those of us who'd come here moaning 'plz update!!'.
Because of this mod my game became stuck during "Heads Will Roll" quest, probably because in it Naoe needs to go through the hardcoded desync walls. Upon the completion of the Guide monologue (re. bleeding effect) cutscene the game ctd's every time. As soon as I deleted this mod, I was able tro proceed finally.
With that skill of yours, can you maybe create another mod that removes certain sound effects, mostly the detection indicator (would help for those that enjoy immersive mode) and possibly the indicators for stealth that trigger very frequently?

If you encounter the 93 percent crash after loading the game in 1.0.2 it's the mod, just delete DataPC_Japan_patch_02.forge and you will be good.
you should extend the mod to disable the map barrier and not only the dsync walls so you dont get stuck

+1 for Kill Civilians with no DeSync Mod
