This custom shader also made base on Reshade 5.xx framework. It will NOT compatible with other Reshade version (e.g Newer Reshade 6.xx). Some effects will break if the runtime file is not compatible. So please read the instruction how to install this mod carefully from description section.
Beside subjective of personal taste/preference, I knew that so many type and models of Monitors/TVs out there. LCD/LED/OLED/QLED ; IPS/TN/VA...etc. And they have their own characteristic (from neutral colors to vibrant colors, high to low gamma/black levels/white point, etc). Therefore I made a simple adjustment UI for this custom shader. You can adjust Dark Level, Light Intensity, Color Saturation, etc.by press END keyboard button to show-up Reshade UI. Adjust the value to matching with your current screen (Monitor/TV) profile or fit with your taste/liking.
Keep in mind, this is NOT just a preset. So you can make your own preset based on this simple shader. Press "+" button on the top right corner of Reshade UI to start making your own preset.
update #1 (version 1.01) : - added sharpness and its value controller/slider (useful for lower quality of upscaling preset ~ e.g performance mode / non-DLAA )
update #2 (version 1.02 ~ HDR supported version) : - This version has better support for native HDR mode supported (no longer too much orange or reddish or blueish when playing in native HDR mode). When you are using this version in HDR mode, please make sure that you are running the game in native HDR mode. You can check from game setting under "Image Calibration". Make sure the HDR mode = ON like this screenshot below:
ALSO, keep in mind to ensure it can compatible with various HDR type approach, this HDR version come with "neutral HDR tone" as default, you may need to make some adjustment from my shader UI to match with your TV/Monitor HDR profile OR YOUR LIKING (e.g increase Saturation value, Increase Light Intensity value, turn down Dark Level value slightly, etc.)
Here my an example shader's parameter value for my other 32:9 HDR monitor :
Dark Level = -0.085 Light Intensity = 0.075 Color Saturation = 0.605 Sharpness = 0.360
These value for your current HDR screen may different than mines
update #3 (version 1.03 ~ 3D version ~ Experimental version ~ NOT for regular users) - This is an experimental version, therefore I've put it under "Misc. files" section. Actually I uploaded this into Nexusmods as my personal online archive file... lol - Higher shader passes ~ higher lighting and lens effects quality. - 3D Stereoscopic optimized for TOP-BOTTOM 3D format. - It has 3D depth lighting effects. Optimized for NATIVE 3D Stereoscopic screen**, but you still can see a subtle 3D depth in any regular 2D flat screen (it more noticeable under HDR mode) as shown in these screenshot below (click on picture to see it bigger/full-screen):
- Short-cut key to activate 3D Stereoscopic mode : Ins (Insert button) ~ default 3D format TOP-BOTTOM, you can change it to SBS format via shader's UI
- This experimental version tested and optimized for NVIDIA DLSS. The 3D depth may break (or flickering) when you are using the other up-scaling method (FSR, XeSS, etc.) - It supported native HDR mode (in-game HDR mode ON) or combine it with HDR add-on (e.g RenoDX HDR fix add-on)
** Virtual 3D screen based on VR apps (e.g Virtual Desktop, Oculus Theater mode, Big Screen, etc.) is NOT supported *** 3D depth and lighting may get flickering with dynamic resolution ON (it make the depth buffer unstable). please turn it OFF
==== additional info for this optional 3D version =====
if your 3D screen has low brightness (e.g some old 3DTV OLED screen model) or your 3D glasses is too thick, and you feels it's too dark. You may try to set from my shader UI to get more brighter result : Dark Level = -0.096 (minus value) Light Intensity = 0.142 (or even higher)
The 3D Stereoscopic result may get more "pop-out" (or pop-in deeper too... lol) after that
Q : Can I using this 3D version with regular Monitor/TV ~ 2D Flat screen? A : Yupe, you can use this 3D version with any regular 2D flat screen. But keep in mind, this version as it optimized for 3D stereoscopic, then it has something like "3D Depth" effects; it will look like of DOF effects in regular 2D flat screen. Some people may don't like this kind of effect (but some will love it ), therefore if you have regular 2D screen I highly recommended to stick with the older standard version (version 1.02 or version 1.01).
Hello , would you be interested in developing a built-in trainer? Current trainers aren't very user-friendly, and none of them have the 'unlimited scouts' feature.
if you force this to running in native HDR mode, actually it still beautiful (you may try it), but with less accuracy as it work in different range
I'm still not sure which HDR standard that I should follow (HLG, HDR10, MS-AutoHDR, etc....), each of them are using different of luminance range. Based on my experience when made HDR mod for Wukong, it so difficult to make all people happy with their specific HDR screen (different Brands and model will using different HDR approach).
if you force this to run in HDR mode made sure the native HDR already activate (HDR = ON) from game settings (under Image Calibration) :
UPDATE: I've uploaded new optional version 1.02. This version has better support for native HDR mode (no longer too much orange or reddish or blueish when playing in native HDR mode)
I do have a DS5, but for some reason, it still doesn't work. I've been trying to find a solution but can't find it. Some people in the Steam Community forums are also struggling with this.
If you're on steam, have you tried right-clicking your game, go to "properties" then click "controller" and click "disable steam input"? That worked for me.

I think I'm sure not leaked it to the public ... lol ... how can you get that screenshot? from Discord?
Glad you like it.
