I have found the solution after so many experiments. Reinstall the game, never use quick save always use manual save or load, play the game on boderless window not on full screen window. I am also using FSR-high quality option.
Didn't work for me. What did work was updating my Realtek audio drivers. I was using the mobo manufacturer realtek drivers provided on their website, and updated to the latest Realtek release (R2.83)

That did it for me !! God it's good to be able to go through bushes without fear now. I downloaded the driver update from the official website: https://www.realtek.com/Download/List?cate_id=593&menu_id=298
Edit: well, turns out it only work for some bushes, but not all. Better than nothing I guess
Can anyone confirm if this bug happens on a legit installation? I used to have this bug but it stopped when I did two things: migrated from EMPRESS 1.7.0 to a legit Uplay copy and updated my audio drivers. I assumed it was the drivers that fixed the issue, but maybe it's only the EMPRESS crack that has this bug.
this sh.mod fixed the bush bug, but all sounds in the game became awful, music stopped randomly, and people talking from another city to me. I reinstalled the game and my saves got corrupted. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS U WILL REGRET IT
Thank you! Thats the way its done. Annoying but at least it works. Seems its berry bushes (health) that causes this. Maybe its interactive bushes that has this issue. But F5-F9 fixes it. A quick save and quick load instantly after removes the swooshing sound.
EDIT: i found a solution that works 100%. Someone on Youtube has audio files that fixes the issue. Dont know about links here and the rules about them so just google "HOW TO FIX ASSASSIN'S CREED VALHALLA SOUND & AUDIO BUGS". You dont need to replace any sound files from what i could tell. Only need to add 4 files that doesnt exist in the folder (soundbanks/PC).
I had got this to work. What I did was, I unpacked these sound files and added what he had modded to my own Sound .pck files. This was tedious to figure out what was changed. Atleast the fix is updated to 1.7.0 and it is working for my game play through. I had Endorsed.
For those who are still struggling with this st*pid bug, after applying this fix. This is how I fixed mine, Go to your audio driver config settings. Mine is "Realtek", then look for an option called "Headphone Virtualization" and enable that. Now this may make your game sound muffled and awful, But that lingering bush will be gone. Not the best fix, but atleast you no longer have that constant fear of bushes.

I'm not judging, it's just that I'm suspecting this bug only happens in the cracked version for whatever reason.
