Make the game playable on HDD. Also it could improve loading time and reduce "pop-in" issue even on SSD.

I mean seriously why they keep putting no buffering flags for no reason? Even it streams from SSD directly nothing can beats OS' paging and put SSD in system requirements is nothing but just intentionally crippled. OS' cache area always ready to be freed when malloc()'ed. Memory fragmentation on console due to its small memory size? well that is a different story. I really need to discuss about what is a decision behind of it. even Starfield has this issue too. Basically it hurts performance for no reason
