This mod makes a couple already decent jokers just obscene :D
Certificate makes it a lot easier to get black seals, and Hanging Chad makes the black seal effect trigger repeatedly. And yes, Blueprint and/0or Brainstorm both work on Hanging Chad for this effect. 7 newly-negative jokers in one turn is just wrong :D
Yes, it can be very broken (and funny) indeed. If you make the seal rare enough (<10%) it makes it just a fun broken run rather than make the mod broken as whole. Although I am considering adding an option to disable that interaction.
Not sure if im just doing something wrong, but im pretty sure despite having disabled the hand size reduction, it still did so regardless when I played ectoplasm.
There are some requirements for it to work. It should not only be the only scored card as well as the only played card. The card can not be disabled and there must be at least one joker without an edition (negative, polychrome, foil or holographic). If those requirements are met and you still can not apply it, it might be a mod incompatibility. Send me your mod list so I could try to replicate your issue.
Does the engine not have a function built in that is used to replace card editions? I seriously just realized that I had never seen this happen yet. :O
It has. Usually overriding the edition is avoided on purpose, though I believe I could add the option to replace the edition. I would left it disabled by default though, I think it would suck having your polycrome joker become negative
