This mod removes/skips most visual/explicit sex scenes from the game without compromising the romance paths for the companions. See below for scenes I did/did not skip as well as other details (beware of spoilers if you haven't played the whole game):

Scenes that were skipped:

Astarion's sex scene in Act 1 (only with optional file)
Lae'zel's sex scene in Act 1
Minthara's sex scene in Act 1
Gale's weave sex scene in Act 2
(Ascended) Astarion's sex scene in Act 3
Halsin's sex scene in Act 3

Scenes I did not skip (and why):

Karlach's sex scene in Act 2 (the explicit parts are automatically skipped if you have sexual content turned off)
Karlach's sex scene in Act 3 (you can choose not to have sex with no consequences after the date)
Asc Astarion's bite scene in Act 3 (I adjusted the scene so that player is now clothed during the bite scene)
Shadowheart's suggestive scene in Act 3 (I adjusted the scene so that player and Shadowheart are now clothed while swimming)
The Emperor's sex scene in Act 3 (you can politely decline with no consequences)
The drow twins' sex scene in Act 3 (you can just not pay them if you don't want to see it)
Haarlep's sex scene in Act 3 (you can fight them instead of sleeping with them)
Mizora's sex scene in Act 3 (just say no)

Mod Requirements:

You must have Script Extender. Other than that, nothing should be required.

FAQ:

Does this mod conflict with anything?

For the most part, no, it's Script Extender-based and shouldn't conflict with any other mods. However, it does edit some Dialog and Timeline files (namely, CAMP_Astarion_SD_ROM_BlackMassAftermath, CAMP_GalesLastNightAlive_SD_ROM, and CAMP_Shadowheart_SkinnyDipping_SD_ROM) and will conflict with any other mod that edits those files.

Compatible with No Sex Required Path for Astarion by default.

Exactly how much non-sexual content does this mod remove?

Unfortunately, some story elements are wrapped up in explicit scenes. Some early examples of this are Tav seeing Astarion's back scars the morning after sleeping together, or Minthara feeling disconnected from the Absolute right after sleeping with Tav. I've manually added any flags that would normally get set during the scenes, so the game should progress as if the scenes actually happened. However, you are going to miss some dialog that would have normally occurred during those scenes.

Why was this mod made?

I personally am not comfortable with explicit sex scenes and was tired of having to rapidly skip through them just to continue the romance path. Thus I learned some bits of Script Extender to make this mod.

I'm okay with the scenes, I just don't like the nudity.

My game bugged out after using this mod. Help!

Please report any bugs you find! I obviously haven't played through every romance path with this mod active, so it's possible there could be bugs. Save early and often so that you can reload and play through the scene again after I make the bugfix.

Can this mod be uploaded to mod.io?

Sadly, no, at this point in time there is no way to upload Script Extender or dialogue edits to mod.io, which are the two major portions of this mod.
