I installed today after finding this mod....in my case after clearing all the initial content goblin camp/freeing Halsin (overland I essentially only have the Hag plus intro to mountain pass area left), and most of Underdark except the north section into the dock to GF done. Based on dwarano's comment I went back to the beach and ran around various corpses which were all still empty, including into the temple/crypt at the beginning area and found nothing whatsoever. I checked all vendors, and the only ones I did find was, the Knight cloak was able to be found on Dammon, and the Regal cloak found on Brem/Zhent base. None of the other vendors have any so far.
I'll report back at some point once I've made it to the GF and hit the vendor lady before you get to the monastery.
Edit: After a long rest, Mother cloak was available on Arron. Additionally, I loaded the first post-naut/beach save from my current run and ran around the initial area between the temple and start of the crash site....I found two identical 'Torn' cloaks in that area but that's it. So unfortunately it appears that for an existing playthrough of any significance, for any body or container you've already looted where these might have otherwise organically spawned, they won't spawn after the fact.
However.. The one thing I don't personally like is, there will litterally be cloaks EVERYWHERE in A1 now...
Just landing on the beach, and going through some dead fishermen and old decrepit barrels, will have you walking away with 12 (12!) cloaks in your inventory... :D
