So, I bring to you Tribes - Half-Orc Subrace Framework. With this framework, I, and other mod authors, will be able to create compatible Half-Orc subraces.

Half-Scro subrace in the optional files.
Adds Half-Scro subrace and Dukagsh god.
Half-Scro are proficient with slings because all of my firearms in Firearms are under Sling proficiency. Due to their background, Half-Scro have the ability to use firearms proficiently.
If you have any compatibility issues with any other mods, please let me know. I'll do what I can to help with compatability.
