It doesn't seem to be working for me. I can't get the new gear. Am I not understanding how it should work? I'm running Minthara's Immersive Redesign + Spawn Vanilla Gear in Camp Chest, and her appearance has changed but her gear is still vanilla.
not very informative, but for two weeks, no one except one guy with the thing I'll describe in the next two sentences has reported that the game crashes because of this mod. And I am playing on Patch 8 with this mod turned on and have zero problems as well (200+ active mods playthrough). All those guys who wrote 'bug' reports on my mods after Patch 8, in the end it turned out that they "accidentally” deleted GustavX, for example, and then magically connected the problem with my stuff somehow, although they were missing critical game files from the new patch :)
if your game is crashing/freezing on the loading screen, you might have the same exact problem)) if not, some details would help, like how it 'breaks' the game, and did you do the isolated test with this mod turned on only, etc.
well my problem is a bit different. to start, gustav dev has likely not been deleted as i dont even know where its being stored, not only that but the problem itself is different again. secondly if i install this through nexus the game crashes when i go into any save file whatsoever but if i install the ingame mod manager version it doesn't crash my game, ontop of this though it has to be the most recent mod i downloaded, if i download anything AFTER installing this mod it continues to crash my game, uninstalling it then re-installing it so its the most recent fixes this somehow. Thirdly, i have no idea why or how this is breaking it but i think bg3 is in a really unstable state right now for mods, atleast for me as installing script extender (which i somehow forgot to install at some point so i installed it pretty recently in my download history) causes the same issue as i mentioned where i cant make a new game or load an old save. Now im sure i have done something wrong at some point which is totally 100% my fault but at the same time, when this specific mod causes the whole game to brick up completely it seems a bit Sus.
now i should mention i don't mean to be rude or anything in saying this as i appreciate you making this mod thouroughly and its just the fact that id like to be able to use it as to why im commenting this hoping you have an idea.
all good, btw not gustav dev, gustavX - you could delete it in case u had an old version of the mod manager that displayed it as a "mod" in the list. Anyways, if mod.io version works for you u can download it from mod.io and use it with bg3 mod manager, there is no difference between files honestly. Or you can use mod.io version alongside with bg3mm if it works for you. Maybe you're macOS user or something, and it's custom textures issue. You can try macOS fix just in case even if you're not actually macOS user
Perhaps also a problem with the order of loading mods because of which some mod begins to interact badly with my mine. But I can't tell you from the get-go, I need to at least see your mod list (you can past a screenshot with imgur or something). And if my mod works well as the only mod in the list, it's even more likely that the load order is the problem.
now i know this is probably some big sin but i use vortex, i hate using any other mod manager just because of the way they interact with nexus for me plus i dont see how its even that bad.

'Do this only change armour and colours? Like it doesn't change body type or head mesh? Would it work with a different head mesh? Something that doesn't change her colours or style but just the head mesh? I read your description but I probably missed the anwsers to my questions. lol.
Would there be a chance of getting a patch to work with https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/13264 the hair and eyebrows from this mod with the face from the other one would be amazing, throw in https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/13609 and she will be pure perfection.
So with the updates that have been added since I asked, would my request work if I did it in order? IE installing the face mod first then installing this to change the colours.
I'm not sure how these mods interact with Minhtara. Abs mod, I assume, applies a unique body type on her, and the other applies a different head on her. So without a patch they are unlikely to work together.
Well, I'll see if it's realistic to combine all of this and ask if the authors of said mods are okay with small patches from me, it will take some time
Omg, sorry bro. Time flies very fast, I feel myself like an old turtle now :D I'll try to look into it when I update my released mods, but I'm not sure when that will happen since Minthara generally doesn't have any issues unlike my other mods, especially the recent ones (hopefully you'll still be playing)
All good your own personal stuff should come first after all, and I'll still be playing this game for years to come so no worries there, hopefully a patch is possible.
So weird problem. Out of nowhere this mod being installed kept hitting me with an error in the debug console saying Osiris Error: Currently no story loaded. When attempting to load saves without this mod everything loaded just fine. Thankfully most were made before installing this although I am a bit upset my Drow Wizard is probably screwed as she had Minthara using this.
I did have other weird issues before the problem started with Minthara not having her new armor equip and her sword being at her feet so I think something was screwed up on my end.
No idea, it's might be a problem with the old modfixer files left over from one of the old mods, or a problem with the mod load order, or the old BG3MM version, or you have a Mac
Hmm definitely not the last one as I don't have a mac so I can rule that out and my BG3MM is the latest version so I doubt it's that. Gonna guess it's some mod with some modfixer files still knocking around somewhere. As for load order, any suggestions as to where I should ideally put it? If I remember right I put it towards the bottom.
Ideally at the end, but if you have other mods that interact with Osiris scripts (they should have a special icon next to the name in BG3MM), they may conflict with each other regardless of their position in the list
Awesome, thanks for the help! I can't recall any of my other mods using Osiris but i'll double check just in case.
Just wanted to add an edit and say the only mod I have that BG3MM says has Osiris scripting is Myshka Comes to Camp. So if that's the conflict then i'll just have to drop this mod. I can't leave my son out on the streets just to improve Mintharas appearance.
I love the new gear made for this mod & I also love her vanilla gear on Astarion. Is there a way to add the vanilla set to the chest behind her? I already use the Lae'zel(it's not unique & you can find it elsewhere in the game) & Shadowheart(her original set is ugly & I want the sharran confession to mean more) gear mods.
I totally get if it's too cumbersome or you just don't want to.
I don't know if it's just me, but Minthara's new skin/hair/eyes aren't showing up. But her new armor design does? I installed everything correctly. I even deleted the mod and reinstalled it, but the only thing that continues to change is her gear.
I'm also using the Emerald Grove. It works perfectly fine. Except for Alfira, who has no changes whatsoever? Which is weird cause It worked on her a few days ago. Oh and I am using Lae'zel's too. And that works perfectly as well. No problems.
Plus Gortash's, I forgot to add that one too. It works.
You wouldn't happen to have any other mods that alter Minthara appearance, would you? Anyway, try placing the mod at the very end of the load order in BG3MM. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
I only have two that are strictly Minthara related. One that let's me recruit her during good/redemption durge playthroughs. And the other gives her the title Mistress. I will definitely double check and change the load order to see if that helps.
Edit: Ah, okay. I did have an old mod that did slightly change something on Minthara. It's working now. :)

NPCs are different because they don't use actual gear for their visuals
I assume you didnt change her camp clothing or?

Check the updates for bg3mm: https://github.com/LaughingLeader/BG3ModManager/releases/tag/1.0.12.3 it might highlight problematic mods if you miss something. Also verify the integrity of the game files (steam) just in case.
