A lot of people have been asking about updates to this mod, well here's the deal:
I was kinda waiting for the official BG3 mod tools to come out to make the process easier, and they just haven't come out yet. That's really all. When/if they do end up coming out, that's when I'll be more likely to return to this project.
Can you please elaborate as to what isn't working about this mod? Depending on updates to the base game/5e spells, specific spells might stop working with this mod while others continue to work normally. It's much more helpful to tell me which spells you're having troubles with, so I don't have to go through the entire spell list every time.
detect magic has a deration of 100 turns and detect good and evil has a deration of 600 turns. I'm only level 4 but I'll try to keep an eye out for others as I progress
thank you for this, it's very useful. i sometmes leave the pc on to go do things in another room and if i don't remember to enter turn based mode the turn based effects expire lol. this fixes that problem.
I was originally planning on it, but couldn't figure out how to do it since summoning spells work differently from other spells. It's still on my to-do list, but I am also waiting for the improved modding support Larian promised for the near future which should make things easier.
After a bit of tinkering, I was able to tweak things so all summons (that I found) to have the Long Rest duration. I could send the file to you if you want to take it apart for what I did so you could incorporate the edits or I could release as a separate file. Up to you how you'd like to address.
It looks like the author made those changes to base-game spells into an optional file on their mod, so if you don't have that file then those spells shouldn't be changed.
