This outfit would be so sick as gith monk clothes, except the bracers and boots are armor! Any chance you'd make a version where they're gloves and non-armor boots? I'd love to respecc La'zel as a monk post-Vlaakith but finding gith monk clothing is surprisingly difficult!

Hi there, huge fan of your mods, thank you so much for the mac(os) versions! Just wanted to check and verify so I make sure I load my mods correctly is the Mac(OS) update on the Better Starting Gear for Lae'zel mod a standalone mod or is it a patch requiring one of the other two? If it's the later does it work with both the original and tutorial versions? Thanks! 😊

Either the mod is not activated, or you installed it after you started the game - then the gear cannot update purely technically. If you use tutorial chest version, check the chest. if there is no Lae's equipment there, you will know the mod is not active ^.^

think I accidentally left a mod in the mod list that wasn't compatible, so after removing it I restarted my game and voila! there it was! thank so much, looks great!

This is such an amazing look for her! She fits right in with the other Gith raiders in the opening cinematic, AND she gets a real Githyanki sword! My Durge was in love at first death threat 😂.

I've always hated how her armor would be stabbing her in the stomach every time she leans forward. This is such an improvement. Nice work!

I have ideas for all the companions, but most likely I'll have to do collaborations with other authors to make these ideas work.
So for now I'm redesigning the npcs and expect to release them this month ;)

I'm really looking forward to the mod! Will it be an alternative or upgrade to Hijimare's NPC Visual Overhaul; i.e. are the same characters affected?

It can be considered an alternative, we have ideologically and technically different approach in some ways. My mod shouldn't weigh that much cuz I work with vanilla game assets. But they can be safely combined, there should be no compatibility problems ^.^
I can't guarantee an approximate date now, it's hard to work with tieflings because the whole bunch of them in the grove share 5 variants of heads for all, and children are just bruh, so I have to improvise and use the heads of other races (like I did on the screen).
The druids are almost done, so I'll probably release the mod as a WIP when I feel like I'm done with the grove dwellers.

I was planning to tackle the media aspect a bit later as I have to prepare a lecture for uni freshers in a couple of days, but I did set up the basic stuff a bit earlier, for now I have a Ko-fi page and currently setting up Patreon (I think it's coming a little later)

I was going to comment bla bla bla, a warrior needs armour bla bla bla (referring to Laezel), but I saw your NPC redesign and I think I will just shut up and bow to your glory. It is such a beautiful, stylish, charismatic and tasteful redesign. If you redesign all the NPCs with this sense of taste, installing that mod will definitely grant a new playthrough.

What a good job, this is great, but a query can you pass the id of the objects by people like me who add it to a game that has already started and it does not appear in Laezel or in the version where it should be with the chest, but if I start a new game the armor appears in laezel, greetings in advance

Did you mean the summoning one? Once the game starts, the companions gear (Equipment.txt) and contents of the chests cannot be updated, but this should not affect the summonable version of the Tutorial Chest..

Yeah, like I said, stuff like equipment or chests can't update after the start of the game. There is a OneTimeRewards tho, probably add it here later.
