My problem as a shapeshifter specialist is the number of transformations.
If I want to play every fight in one form and be able to transform back automatically after the fight, then a few recharges simply won't do me any good.
At least the druid's specialization in shapeshifting shouldn't have to worry so much about the number of uses.
My idea.
Number of transformations per long rest in the Lunar specialization equals the Lvl/2+Proficiency Bonus + a starting number of 2 at level 1.
I have been trying a few tweaks to some stat blocks for my own purposes, but I hadn't considered sharing them. Is there something in particular you were looking for? I will also probably release an update soon that allows banter voice lines while in wild shape (can't get full NPC conversations to work in wild shape, just the passive lines while you explore).
I mean, strictly speaking, I'm pretty sure bringing the BG3 beast stat blocks more in line with the 2024 stat blocks would mostly mean taking away the unique attack actions and removing the scaling damage. Wouldn't bringing the BG3 stats in line with the 2024 stats be objectively worse and less interesting? Especially within the context of BG3, where game balance is very different from 2024 rules.
But if that's really what you're looking for I might be able to come up with something.
My one request for this mod would be to add an auto-dismiss on combat end feature. The modder, Syrchalis had it in his "Druid Quality of Life" mod, but the feature no longer works after Patch 7 and they no longer appear to be active. I love playing as a druid, but being unable to be the face of the party when combat ends is a deal breaker for me. Honestly, it should really be a built in feature for the game itself, but alas.

As an optional file if you like.
I would be grateful.
Thanks for your mod. It is definitely helpful.
About the Stat Blocks, i would like any adjustment that bring it close to the 2024 rules.
