This MOD was inspired by Configurable movement speed - MCM compatible.
It increases the movement speed of all characters in the game. This does not increase the movement speed per turn, but increases the distance traveled per second (think of it as increasing stride length).
It replaces the game template, so you cannot change the settings or enable/disable it during the game.
There are 3 MODs with different settings, so please install the one with your favorite settings.

Can be used in conjunction with Walk Slowly without Sprint (limited to walking).
About the video
The first 3 videos are with this mod enabled, and the last video is without the mod (game default).

Notes
If you move too fast, you may slip through the gaps between objects. You may die from falling, or fall under the floor and not be able to return. Please use the Smart Stucking Resolver, which can automatically recover from stuck situations (as used in the video).
Doesn't affect Astarion
Based on the results, there is currently no way to change Astarion's movement speed.
This is just a guess, but I think the RootTemplate provided for companions (and their prototype races) is rewritten by the in-game engine. As this MOD only changes a part of the provided RootTemplate, it is not possible to prevent this rewriting.
Furthermore, there is no way to change the RootTemplate in Osiris script, so it is not possible to rewrite it further.
When I checked the RootTemplate, I found that Lae'zel (Gythyanki) should be in the same situation, but I was able to change her movement speed.
