Tried this yesterday with the first version and, well the newest one has the same issue.
For some reason when using BG3MM, it won't add the mod since it thinks its not a .PAK file when, yes obviously it is so, I'm not sure what is going on with it but it seems like it still is not working.
Thought you should know, I also should have mentioned this yesterday but didn't for some reason.
I'm not able to recreate this issue with myself and another person. I'm unsure as to what the issue may be. I will say it does work through Vortex and it is on the ingame mod manager as well
I don't know either but its really odd haha. I said all I could think of since the "error" it gives at the bottom of the window, doesn't say a lot beyond what I mentioned.
I guess I'll just keep trying each time when you update it, if you do more that is, might eventually play ball like it should, and the many other mods I run through BG3MM. I don't use Vortex, for anything honestly and when it comes to Mod.Io... I'd rather not personally is all.
Nice Dagger! I had the same issue where BG3 mod manager would not recognize the Pak file. I was able to bypass the problem by manually downloading the Mod IO version from the website and that file did let me import it to BG3 mod manager.
I think the Vampiric Dagger model would be great for this :) it's one of the inaccessible daggers in the game but the look is so cool! Love the mod btw :)
Thank you for the mod. I like that you try to not make it too overpowered. But maybe similar effects like orins dagger couldn't hurt maybe a -1 to crit roll or something but limited to ascension. :P

I'll keep trying now and then is all.
Still wish I knew what was going on.
*Did that, yeah same as you said, doing it this way then BG3MM will accept it and not pretend its not a .PAK file and it works just fine.
It will be cool if you add the ability to repaint the handle and metal. <3
I'll add that into the mod description
