Just want to drop that for those who complaint about why people use this mod in the comment are annoying asf should stop their whining. The fact that i dont even use this mod myself (use 300% hp boost for tactician. yes i know lol) and i see these kind of comment is driving me crazy. Like why do you even care? i know im losing my time here anyways so back to the game i go. peace lol
Game industry is an ecosystem. Different kinds of "gamers" are like different species competing over it and shifting it to better suit them in the process. Back when games first started something like "I play for the plot" would be ridiculous. Plot of what? Pacman? Mario? Bomberman? Games were meant to be played and storytelling was an afterthought at best. As technology grew video games started to appeal to people who don't actually like playing games. They are basically interactive movies to them. And this development is hurting those who are into games for the games, as it becomes less financially viable to put investments into gameplay development as opposed to visuals or some fat ass wh40k/starwars/lotr brand licence. Figuratively speaking game and plot relationship went from having a TV in a dinery to having a snack stand in a movie theatre. Imagine if you had to also pay for a move ticket every time you wanted to eat. This is pretty much what discredited "AAA" projects in the eyes of many gamers and gave rise to the indie scene. Though the later is slowly following the same footsteps too.
Furthermore, movies and books are still a thing, if plot is all one cares for then there's more then enough suitable alternatives elsewhere. Yet [certain people] still pick up games despite having no intention of getting into the actual gameplay.
Imagine a situation - you come home to find your wife, the love of your life, in bed with some gigachad and he turns his gigachad head to you and says "You know, lad, I could get any kind of single woman into a bed faster than she could blush, but I'm gonna have your wife just because that's how I roll."
That's niche plundering in a nutshell, that's what casual gamers are doing to us and you're telling us to stop complaining.
My point - you're telling us to STFU and bear it, even though the ecosystem that's being invaded was ours to begin with. You're the annoying one pal, even if you are one of us.
That said there are two thing we have to acknowledge here. One - it's not all that likely for our whining in general to amount to anything, let alone for whining here specifically. And two - if whining is all one can do then one in a sorry state.
But hey, even pathetic as it is, whining is still better than being tolerant towards being cucked.
I am the third person to report that I cant uninstall this mod or make it inactive. I need a fight to last longer because I have pick the boss's pockets, but can't because they die too quickly. Also, for some reason the application of 1 HP has been really inconsistent. It has never worked on a boss until now (when I expressly need it not to work), only occasionally on nameless NPCs. Is there any fix that can be applied to make the mod easier to uninstall? I'm using BG3ModManger and ModFixer.
I'm having the same issue as the dude below me, deleted w/ mod manager and then manually removed the file from my mods folder but it's still not deleting.
I need help deleting this mod. I downloaded this mod only for the dialogue not to work. Mod fixer didn’t fix it. I then deleted the files but when I loaded the game back up it’s still loading the mod. I tried a clean install and it’s still loading it in. Help?
I've tried installing with BG3MM and manually, and switching to balanced and back to explorer. The mod still won't work. Easypeasylemonsqueezy.pak is in the mods folder and everything.
