I am having a strange effect after Patch 8. I had to start a new game, due to so many of my mods being non-patch 8 acceptable, so I started with a Drow character. Now when i Long Rest, my character is shown laying down, with two companions standing by the bedroll, then just my character resting. The other bedrolls remain empty. Previously, even with an elven character, the companions would be in the bedrolls, dressed or undressed as selected in the Manager.
strange behaviour yes, not happening to me, do you have other mods that can cause this issue? I tested the mod in existing runs also and it's working fine.
Can you make it so that elves sleep in the positions shown in your picture? My elf sleeps like a zen master with his arms in chakra position on his sides. It's a bit awkward.
Elves do not sleep. Literally. They are even immune to magical sleep. When everyone else in the camp sleeps, your elf character meditates so as to preserve his sanity.
I updated the mod and now you can configure the sleep settings per character. I really have to do some research to see how difficult is to change "sleep position" duting the long rest.
Dude, I was just thinking that yesterday after I saw this mod. I hate the elf long rest sleep position. I pray for the day that someone figures out how to mod that. You ever had Astarion, Halsin, and an elven Tav long rest together? It's so goofy looking. xD
I'm working in another mod right now, but when i have time i will take a look if it's possible to override the sleep position during the long rest, if i can override that i can add a configuration for each char, but i can't promise i need to do some research
When I altered sleep position for my elf, the side position didn't work (Body 4). They simply appeared standing upright when sleeping. However, the roll from back to side position & back position did work.
Just a tip for if you do decide to look into altering the night sleep anim.
hi, Lesley i think there are another mods that already alter the sleep position! aren't they? Cozier Sleepy Times ( i didn't try it ) but i think it changes the sleep position.
Hey, neat mod. I was wondering if it could be have an option to unequip their armor as well and had it not automatically re-equip until morning? I was playing my Durge and I got to that specific scene involving needing to be
Spoiler:
Show
stealthy when removing a body
and had disadvantage due to still being in my heavy armour. It completely broke my immersion lol.
hello, thanks. Mmm your request sounds very custom, the idea of the mod is to execute your actions during sleep (with camping clothes). When you sleep whether you have armor or not equipped doesn't change anything. or am I wrong?
True.. and if you want to sleep with shoes you can configure/change it during the run.. in the future i was planning to add an option per character.. but for now affects all the party..

Seems not to be caused by this mod.

Regardless, awesome mod - thx!

Or does undressed mean no camp clothes, down to the character's underwear?
And nice mod! I just always take the shoes off my party's camp clothes.
