Long shot but does this work in patch 8? Booming blade doesn't work with the necklace and this would fix it.  I've managed to download the mod and my game hasn't been nuked but I haven't got the necklace yet, can anyone confirm?

Not the mod itself, but Patch 3 did a number on a lot of these interactions (like the Draconic Sorcerer level 6 passive).

What does it exactly do? Will Eldritch blast with lighting charges add cha to all lighting damage?

I think the description is pretty explanatory ._.
This necklace + lightning charges (or other source of added elemental damage) = add spellcasting modifier to the spell (the same way Agonizing Blast or Potent Robes would do)

There's more than one problem with this amulet. When you are multiclass, like a wizard with a 1 level dip into cleric. The amulet incorrectly adds your Wis modifier to the Int cantrips.

Yup, but fixing that on the scripting side would be a real Frankenstein of a conditional.

This game's spell casting ability modifier denpends on the last class you multiclass,If you start with cleric than dip into wizard, it will be int modifier.

Nice work dude, if you want there are a LOT of other equipment that doesn't actually do what it says it does, like broodmother necklace not proccing on all forms of healing, or boots of stormy clamour not working, at all.

Might also be better to just compile your stuff into just one mod.

I might make a different mod with packing them together. I fixed some items besides these two, but these were the most impactful (and cooler). Also because I can only write these scripts and can't code new functions due to limitations on how mods are made for this game, there is only so much I can do and some of the code is so fugly.

Is it still cantrip only or does changing it to the other trigger make it work for any elemental damage?

It wouldn't be hard to make it work with any spell, but this mod only makes the item work as stated. That is, for cantrips that deal elemental damage.

Okay that's good, was worried it might become too op. Probably still wont use it though, eldritch blast damage rider stacking is already insane without adding the CHA mod another 10 times.

I don't disagree. But by that token it wouldn't be necessary to have Potent Robes in the game either, you can do crazy damage already without it.

My only point here is that the item is in the game. Using it or not is your choice, even when it works as described (that is, with this mod). Personally I find this item interesting to run with a heavy armor (without Potent Robes) or on a different class using Spell Sniper to get Eldritch Blast and the necklace in place of Agonizing Blast.

I'm only reading this after the edit, but I would love to read what you said before. I know I tried a bunch of different ways to make this necklace work as described by the tooltip and it kicked me in the ass. That's why the version that works with the Ring of Absolute Force Fix mod is so ugly (but works).

Does this work with Booming Blade from the 5e spells mod?

Not sure, depends on how it was coded. I believe if you have some added elemental damage to your Booming Blade attack itself, it should. The extra thunder from moving away is probably some sort of debuff that won't get the added Augmentation modifier.

Is this mod safe for uninstalling? If they later patch and fix it themselves would it be safe to uninstall?

Perfectly safe to use with your preferred mod manager.
