The load order will be as follows
1. Rebalance - Cantrips
2.Main file

Add two new versions of Booming Blade to the Wizard and Sorcerer Cantrip lists.
And add BoomingBlade to the Cleric and Druid Cantrip lists as well.
Load after the main file.
