There are so many ger mods out there, but this one is my favorite. Why? Because it keeps items feasible. Its a very well balanced mod without creating "Super weapons of gods ultimate doom!" (Honestly, does anyone else out there get really bored with all the epic gear mods that are being made?)
There is one weapon it breaks my heart was left out....Voss's silver sword.
+1 except bored might not be the right word for it, since those were never fun to begin with. I get installing an OP mod if it's op because it enables you to do something fun (examples below) but wrecking my game's balance for some ridiculous hole-maker-9000-deluxe? Never!
Examples of mod's I call worth dealing with balance backlash for: Path of Undeath - Gradual and nuanced transformation of a character into a vampire or Lich. Not my cup of tea, as I don't fancy undeath, but I have to acknowledge the implementation of this one. Legacy of the Fallen - lets you absorb features of defeated opponents. Transmog and Spelltheft - let's you learn enemy spells and assume all kinds of forms. If only spell theft was more polished... Expansion/ULC/etc - self-explanatory, even classic DnD 20-levels spread is kinda stifling for a cRPG tbh, I'd spread all of that over at least 30 or 40, and BG3's max level of 12 is not even funny to me. 11 total power-ups through the character's whole journey? SRSLY? Why do they think people play cRPGs if not for evolving tactics? Whoops, sorry, too much ranting, but you get the point. The only kind of mod worth the extra effort it takes to counterbalance it's disbalance is a mod that expands the game in some inventive way. "Holy hole maker mk 100500" and all his clone-friends can go rust in the junkyard, IMO. I don't see how any game could benefit from more of those.
Can you make it so that quarterstaffs and other obviously magical items get arcane enchantment and not weapon enchantment? if not, then maybe make it so that it requires a different crafting material or a different crafting station than an anvil?
Hey Umbra thanks for this mod, really helps enjoying buildcraft. Could you perhaps add "Lightning Jabber" to the list? Its a vanilla Act 2 Spear, you get it from the cursed kuo tua chief at the fisherhouse near the mausoleum teleport point.
Apparently it's because it has ModFixer. Would be really cool if you removed Modfixer, as it now makes any mod incompatible according to larian on their discord
Just curious. Do the Smithing Tools do anything? So far I have found them everywhere and can't find a way to make them produce anything. What are they supposed to be used for?

That said, Kudos and thank you

Make it extra spicy.
I got render of mind and body in act 1 from additional encounters mod.
And can you submit it to larian mod manager?
