You either installed the Unique Tav version thinking it's for a non-Origin Tav - it's not. It's for UNIQUE TAV mod compatibility. OR you installed it with the right intention but you did not do it correctly by: (a) forgetting to install the Unique Tav .pak or (b) not having the right load order. It's also possible you have Unique Tav installed and for some reason is using the first version of this mod.
Wrinkles too wrinkly/small texture cut showing on cheek?
What do I download/what's the difference between versions?

A: Download the Unique Tav version ONLY if you are usingUnique Tav Custom Appearance. Load it before Unique Tav. The main files (non-replacers) will add NEW heads to CC; optional files (replacers) will replace vanilla heads. You can use replacers and the non-replacer at the same time if you want. PS I won't be updating replacer heads anymore, consider them UNSUPPORTED.

YES, THIS WORKS FOR PATCH 7. ====================================
Install instructions have been updated, but here's how to minimize issues:
1. Make sure you placed the .pak file in 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods'. 2. Update ImprovedUI. 3. Delete ModFixer if you still have it. 4. Instead of using BG3MM, just launch the game and use the new built-in mod manager. 5. Head to it, click on 'Installed' and enable the mod.
Works for me on Patch 7, hotfix 28, single-player, and alongside all my other QoL, UI, Cosmetic mods (~50 total, DL'd all early Nov)... PC, Win10, using BG3MM (unless any mod description/etc says to do manual install)... Thank you very much for this mod! <3
I would also like to request to know if there was a way to do this! Fantastical Multiverse is one of my favorite mods, but it needs the different head options!
Sorry is it possible that this Mod messed my game up? Cant see Base or Mod class icons anymore. I was playing few days with like 80 Mods no problem...saw a video of someone showing all his Mods and i kept adding 10-15 new, most through ingame mod manager. Only one´s not ingame were this one, wrinkles for this one and Kensei Class (and bit before those 3, community library and framework but think after those was working) and this mod here said in Mod Manager that it would change game files even after disabling. Tried disable all Mods, restart game, but still all Icons missing. So must be something changed deep right? Just asking because only those through Nexus and mod said would change game files. Rest ingame mods, mostly classes and a race pack edit: Base classes icon missing, mod classes some skull icon
Ok, am i right in thinking that Ingame mod manager mods, class or race, are safer then from nexus? Or could it be one of the 10 Ingame mods xD was also a race mod. Weird thing is, 1. i just downloaded some new mods the youtuber has and its working for him and 2. that even after disable all and deleting some folder so game treated me as new player, it was still bugged. reinstalling now and try slowly with new one i got from him to see hopefully whats wrong.
I think it was the Kensei Mod from nexus. After reinstall and putting 105 mods back in, including this, i now can see everything again (only missing some new race icons from 1 mod that were visible yesterday but oh well xD) thx for the help.
I am not very technical and a bit nervous about putting the .pak file in 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods', because I don't know if it messes my game up, will I just be able to remove it? Does anyone know?
that is where mods go. this mod won't mess up your game. it's better to use a mod manager, I recommend using bg3mm myself. https://github.com/LaughingLeader/BG3ModManager/releases/tag/1.0.11.1
It says in description for Patch 7 to not use the BGMM. I think that is what I did last time and I think it was one of the reasons why the game kept crashing. But then I could just remove it from BGMM and it was fine. So I am bit nervous about putting the .pak file in 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods', because I don't know if it messes my game up, will I just be able to remove it?
'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods' is just where the mods go for BG3's built in mod manager. If you download a mod using the in game mod manager, the paks will be downloaded to that folder. It can in no way mess up the game unless the mod itself is broken.
Here I thought I was going crazy trying to mess with load order to get it working, not realizing until I read your comment that the other presets work with EOTB lol.

Can I just use Vortex instead of BG3MM?
Speak with the Dead VFX/other face effects not working?
Will I make these work for strong body type?
In the meantime, check out my Strong Female Heads.
Gith versions where?
What hair/horn/piercing did you use for the screenshots?

And yes, a port for mod.io is in the works.
Thank you for your hard work, attention and dedication in creating and sharing this mod!
Do you have any plans to import this mod to mod.io (for consoles, etc.)?
