Technically you should have eight of the characters from Hirelings Unleashed as potential party members. Not the minotaur, because that is not really a character. I don't see Gut joining at all. Buthir and Grukkoh were just a gag of how Half-Ogres were made. I don't see them joining either.
But I do see Kagha after she is dismissed from the Druids becoming a follower, after you get Halsin. Feeling guilty she follows you and Halsin eventually lets her join understanding her guilt and willing to look past it if she proves herself.
Thulla is someone who should join when you accept rescuing her friends and due to how much fun she has in your team, she is willing to continue being a part of it.
Alfira really should be part of your team, not just a story prop for the Dark Urge. There should be a means that you can prevent yourself from killing her, but at the cost of being less effective in battle for the remainder of your time in the first area/part of the game.
Sarth Baretha is someone I see following your party out of suspicionof Lae'zel, she tries to ambush you and fails. You have her gag and interogated by Lae'zel in which you can kill her or have her join your party as a means of preventing Lae'zel from killing her. She becomes instrumental when you face the Honor Guard.
Dror Ragzlin is someone who had real ambition. He merely followed the Absolute for what he could gain. If it was proven that the Absolute was using him, he would be basically in the same boat as Minthara.
Flind is at first not much to consider, but there is something interesting when you consider it. A gnoll that is being controlled by a parasite and in turn by the player is basically the same as one of the hirelings just that it offers some unique twists when you have to struggle to keep control and is a compelling playthrough if you are playing a dark or power-hungry character.
Nere is proven to basically the same as Minthara and Dror Ragzlin. Joined for the power, but will probably quickly reconsider when proven to be a poor choice. It is unfortunate that he would just go back home when all is said and done rather than continue the road of revenge. I guess we cannot have more than one Minthara. The thing is Nere is a complete Narcissist if you haven't realized and Dror Ragzlin is a bit more like Astarion as someone who really has strong ambitions for himself. You can always flesh them both out to be their own person, but it would be fun to have more evil characters than just Astarion and Minthara.
Efrin not becoming a party member after freeing him from stone and the Hag's BS is a complete butchering of the story. I know why they did it, but he was basically the only real choice for a short character that made every sense to join your party.
Great mod. Maybe this is off topic, but would it be possible to change the appearance of Minthar to Nere? If the author could do it, I would be very grateful.
So, if I kill him, will I get the Nere Head? Sorry, I lost the Nere Head for some reason and the task couldn't be completed. I'm looking for a solution everywhere.
Excellent. I am pleased to see our hireling choices expanding to be certain.
In an overall good showing, hirelings are one of the areas I feel could have used more polish & thought-through on Larians part.
Do you take requests? Looking for ideas?
I cannot think of the lasses name, but the young lady involved in the True Soul Edwin encounter (having to do with the Owlbear) would be a good hireling to add to the mix.
Would it at all be possible to add Sceleritas Fel, the butler? I know he may be missing some animations, and his armor wouldn't change but that's fine imo.

I didn't expect what was actually there.

Thank you for your additions to the realm~!
