If the mod isn't working after the updates, uninstall and reinstall the mod and the dependencies. Make sure to install Baldur's Gate Script Extender with console, so that you can check if the mod is even loading. Make sure the mod appears in your modsettings file. If it doesn't appear in your modsettings file, move the mod a bit in your load order and save the load order until it does.
After the game launches, check Script Extender's console. You should be getting "Configuration for Mod Name" "#number of your mods mod configuration(s) loaded." Something like this:
Configuration for 'Oath_Spells': MinVersion 1; Feature flags: Lua Configuration for 'Respec_Spell': MinVersion 1; Feature flags: Lua Configuration for 'RichTraders': MinVersion 1; Feature flags: Lua 3 mod configuration(s) loaded.
If you don't see the mod's name in there, something is wrong on your end. Repeat the same steps. If you see any errors you can share them in your comment/bug report.
using your other respec mod and the remove oathbreaker buff/make it a subclass mod, I am able to respec and go right back into being an oathbreaker again.
Working fine for player characters, companions and hirelings.
If a character breaks their oath for the first time, you might get the Oathbreaker cutscene after exiting the Oathbreaker subclass screen. If you get the cutscene before hitting accept then you need to save your game after the cutscene ends and then load that save to get the Oathbreaker subclass screen again, otherwise your character will be bugged.
Wanted to thank you for adding this. I wanted to respec my Warlock class because I picked some stupid options, but found I was locked in because of my Broken Oath.
Installed this and found I could quickly pop back into Oathland, do my respec, then leave Oathland in a snap. Brilliant work sir, endorsed.
I am trying to get this mod to work. I have installed both files and they dont work and i have the 2 requirment mods already in as well. i am currently level 1 pally, 2 warlock, started as pally
Still working as intended as of Patch 7 :) Such a quality of life improvement. Love not having to pay thousands of gold just to change my stats/feats and then be able to go right back to oathbreaker instead of finding new ways to break it! Thanks for the mod!
Will this still function properly if the Oathbreaker knight is dead? In my last honor run, I aggro'd the knight right after choosing to become an oathbreaker, and now he's permadead.
Great mod, works as intended! No problems. Complete oversight from Larian not letting you respec, just make it so you cant change class until you reclaim your oath (aimed at Devs).
i have problems with this MOD, once you installed it, you can only walk! you can not run anymore, no matter if I use sneak or hide over and over again, you simply can only walk slowly, i do not know if it is bugged after patch 5 or smth, please check!
I highly doubt this has anything to do with the mod. It does nothing unless you sneak and/or use the spells and what it does has nothing to do with your walking speed.
