This mod is now compatible with other mods adding to Humanoid, Fey, Fiend and Celestial race sections. You no longer need my Patches for CC Races.lsx for this mod to work with other mods.
Switching to Latest Version
This mod was converted for use in the Toolkit, so I can further build on it via it. I have tried to make this as seamless as possible for you switching to these new versions.
However when switching to the latest version of the mod please make sure to remove the pak of the original mod + P4 Custom Horn Colours from your mods folder. As that mod is now part of this mod thanks to Patch 7
So while it will complain the horn colours mod is no longer in your load order, you can safely load your safe with this new version activated. For example if using the P4_Black on your horns it will still have them applied when loading the save. I made sure to test for this.
Patch 6 of the mod is under Optional and called Patch 6
Hi, as a heads up a lot of mods like this one (adding colours to character creation) should work without requiring an update, as their patch 7 versions should work flawlessly still in Patch 8. I actually went through and tested all of mine and added the appropriate Patch 8 compatible tag to the mod pages of my mods.
If you find a mod you know is working in patch 8 you can vote for the tag to be added, after 3 votes the tag will be added. As it could be the author hasn't had time to test themselves yet or something else.
1.0.1.1 Padmes_CCMakeup_Tattoo is the old version under old files. files older than that are indeed archived. That version does not have horn colours however as that was on the old mod page before merging the two.
The original mod is part of this mod now. There is no differences in colour choices, except the new version has more options. Unless you're still on Patch 6? In which case yeah I can upload it.
i am playing patch 6 and have no plans to update, is the "Vanilla CC Colours For All Sections file" in the available older version or is that what the other commenter was also asking about?
Another mod I want to use requires it "for access to horn + horn tip colors across all races," so i can make my half tiefling tav actually look more tiefling 😅
Half Tieflings is setup for Patch 7, if you're on Patch 6 you will want an old version of that mod, then the "Patch 6 - Patches for CC Races.lsx" from here P4 Patches
Hey, I got the weird issue, that i have a colored scar over one eye with this mod, even when no scar is selected. removing this mod fixes the bug immediately, and reinstalling the mod adds the issue back in as well. love it <3
Sadly it is a conflict with Coven Elf‘s New colors for Tattoos and Makeup. The mod uses some of the same UUIDs as this mod. Likely an accident when using this mod as a base.
Okay looking into it again, it was the language handles that were conflicting. So not sure why that is causing the colours not to show up. As at most it should just be showing both our colours just with one with wrong names.
Strange they should be showing now under makeup and tattoo colours now without conflict. Lip colours will only show if my Patches for CC Races is at the bottom of the load order, but the makeup and tattoo colours should show now without issue.
Hello Padme :) I really don't know where to ask this, I think this mod with color edits might me most appropriate. Would it be possible to change the colors of freckles? Like enable their coloring? The CC only has standard dark freckles. In D&D lore drow have white freckles so I always thought it'd be cool to have white freckles option but can't figure out how to do it :( would it even be possible to do it only for Tav?
If anyone is struggling like I was to have this work, what helped me (idk why) was that I put the mod lowest in the load order in the mod manager. Also using the patch that the author linked in the comments.

Trying to have even more to pick from. But now the P4 colors no longer appear in the character creation.
What can I do?
I reported it to the mod author, though. Maybe it’s possible to make the two mods play nicely together?
Going to try something on my end as well.
If i remove the mod, all other colors are shown with their corect names again.
Guess something is still wonky on my end?
I use Compatibility Framework, and was told that has to be dead last. So your patch is right above that one.
//Edit: OK, i have tested a few orders of color mods now. Astralities' Vivid Tones always shows up, no matter what i do.
I also managed to make Coven Elf and this mod show up together now.
It seems like Abyss Make up Lip and Tattoo colors is still the culprit and refuses to play nice with the others.
I brought this up ti its author as well. They haven't been active in a month, though. So not sure if they even may reply.
