Hmm... yeah, I don't think so. This is a simple thematic cantrip, and it works similarly to the version given by Amulet of Selûne's Chosen.
Single target, healing effect is supposed to be minor to moderate anyway, range (1.5/touch) is appropriate... and while I'm always open to feedback, it sounds like you want a different spell altogether that isn't the concept. With a high enough demand, I could consider a buff (up to a max of 1d10 hit points healed, or maybe adding a WIS modifier), but that's about it. Sorry.
Not requesting, just asking other modders. Is it possible to add a condition for this spell or any other spell, that its activation become available only if the character have a specific tag (selected God from Gods list is Selune)? Its similar with Astarion's bite spell or Gale's bomb, but not sure if it checking by character's tag not name. Damn, that mod inspired me to create another one, which will extends cleric's spell list based on which God is choosed
upd: figured out, answer on my question is yes, its possible
You may want to verify how it works with Spell List Combiner (and require, if used with any other mods) and at least Cleric Subclasses. I feel like many players will probably try to use these to integrate your spell into their game. I'll try to remember to come back with results of my own testing.

-Updated for Patch 8.
- Bonus action instead of action
- 18m range instead of 1.5m
- Cantrip scaling for the heal amount
- A version like Eldritch Blast that gets more targets instead of more healing
Those are just some ideas. I can edit the files myself but not everyone is comfortable or capable enough to do that. This is a simple thematic cantrip, and it works similarly to the version given by Amulet of Selûne's Chosen.

in "SpellProperties" you can change " RegainHitPoints(1d8)" to ""RegainHitPoints(LevelMapValue(D8Cantrip))"
Didi it for myself for Amulet of Selûne's Chosen version.
