Spells that have an attack roll have their range increased by 50%.
Ranged spells ignore the low ground penalty.

There are two main differences from the 5e equivelent. One is that the range is not double, as I felt that was a bit too much, so instead it's increased by 50%. On top of that, their are no cover mechanics, so instead of ranged spells ignoring part cover, ranged spell attacks now ignore low ground penalties.
I made 3 versions.
5e Spell Sniper Addition
This version adds the new bonuses alongside the current feat's bonuses.
So that means that spell sniper will now have cantrip, increased crit chance, increased range (for spells with an attack roll), and no low ground penalty for ranged spells.
5e Spell Sniper Replacement
This version replaces the old crit chance with the new increased range for spells with attack rolls, as well as removing the low ground penalty from ranged spells. This version also keeps the cantrip from the original.
This one is the one closest to 5e's spell sniper.
5e Spell Sniper Standalone
This version adds a standalone feat, Arcane Marksman, that gives increased range for spells with attack rolls as well as removing low ground penalties. (does not give a cantrip or increased crit chance)
