To install simply copy the folder from zip file to your game Data.
Path should look like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\Data\Generated\Public\Shared\Assets\Characters\_Anims\Elves\_Female\Resources
If you already have Generated folder - paste into the current one, matching the folder path correctly.
Animation settings must be set to HIGH.
