This mod can be safely removed mid saves, just preferably you switch to the none option when doing so. But if you haven't done that just using randomise will allow the use of the mirror again.
Compatibility
This mod is now compatible with other mods adding to Humanoid, Fey, Fiend and Celestial race sections. You no longer need my Patches for CC Races.lsx for this mod to work with other mods.

Improved UI is no longer needed for this mod to work as of Patch 8.
For anyone running into issues with saves when removing ImprovedUI even though you technically shouldn't be, as it is the kind of mod usually safe to remove from saves, you can use the lite version that was uploaded.
If any of you are still on Patch 7 keep the old version of ImprovedUI as it is very much still needed in Patch 7
Patch 6 and 7 of the mod will remain under old versions.

Please make sure you are using BG3MM 1.0.12.1 minimum.
It is a vanilla game file, that some mods will have as dependencies due to building their mods in the toolkit. Due to being a vanilla game Patch 8 file, it does not need removing at all from mod dependencies.
When I next make a content update, I will look into if it is possible to remove then, as currently removing it in the toolkit removes even GustavX dependency which is a dependency that cannot be removed, as then the toolkit won't work as it should.
Is there any chance we could get a no highlight version? Or maybe a link to some info on how to edit one of the bangs options to remove the highlight? specifically Bowlcut_fringe
Hi, sorry to bother you, I saw your comment on one of the mods I use and I imagine you do too, it's Torie's New Character Creation Presets. I had a question about using ImprovedUI. What do I need to do about the mods that haven't been updated, like Torie's, and say they require ImpUi? After the patch, does the game natively do what the mod did? Do I not need to install anything else from ImprovedUI for these mods? I saw that you said the mod works, but I didn't understand exactly how

Requirement pop ups on nexusmods are a bit different to how dependencies work in the mods themselves. So say a mod has set up a requirement and that requirement no longer is needed. Then you're fine to ignore the requirement. However if the game mod manager or bg3mm says a Dependency is missing then is when you need to be a bit more careful.
Some mods will still need the lite version of ImprovedUI however head mods, mods adding hair parts to same section as heads such as this mod, will be fine. As the game now natively has the scroll function in that area, that ImprovedUI previously added.
According to the BG3MM (external version) This mod depends on CrossplayUI - which doesn't seem to exist anyplace I can find it. I suspect you had Crossplay toggled in your settings? maybe?
I suppose I can just ignore the warning - but I've been trying to track down a couple of bugs. 1 - My new Drow Wiz-Bladesinger (which used your bangs) was always in the state of Bladesong Impeded (and then something about the weapon) - well I tried the basic shortsword - and even that wouldn't work. Also - I can't respect Shadowheart - always says (Pending choices) 2 - My Bard - when into the tomb on the beach to find Withers - Crypt opens - no Withers cut scene. In this one I can't respec Gale same reason - Pending Choices - except in both cases there are No choices that haven't been completed.
This could easily be on of the other 89 mods in my 90 mod load - but if you have a way to remove that dependency, that would be a good thing.

If you are taking suggestions, flips of some of the hairs would be really great, for example the bramble thicket fringes. Either way though, an incredible mod, thanks again
Just to confirm CrossplayUI (Dependency) issue is sadly popping up for this wonderful mod, I read the previous comment but thought I would confirm it's causing the issue for me and sadly removing the mod fixed it. I LOVE this mod damnit lol
forgot to add this to my comment below, but if you install all your other mods via BG3MM and then install the update from this via the in game mod manager you could get them working. As the in game mod manager does see that dependency as a vanilla pak.
Thought I'd chime in here as I was dealing with the same issue after pushing some updates to my mods for Patch 8 - There is a setting in the BG3MM to Disable Missing Mod Warnings. I wouldn't suggest leaving it off, but it did seem to solve my problem in the interim while we wait for BG3MM to get updated for Patch 8 :)

Yeah it looks like waiting on an update is best, talked to some friends and they reminded me the same happened for the "honor" vanilla game pak once before.

I think it might just be BG3mm thinking it is a mod pak, that this mod is dependent on rather than it knowing it is a vanilla game pak.
