Thank you so much, I played with visual mods but had script extender so I thought it would give the achievement despite it (all other achievements had no issues triggering) but it failed and I didn't want to redo the entire game just because I hate Shadowheart's bowl cut... Anyways, thank you so much!!!
I also want to thank you. I never cared about completing achievements till BG3 and I was *almost* at 100 when Foehammer came out. Drove me out of my mind because I play for story, I'm no good at strategy. This save was a godsend, thank you so much! Soon, I can go back to using mods (which I had to abandon so I could get the last few achievements. Honestly, I'm no wondering if there are saves for the other ones I don't want to do like romance Karlach etc. :P
ProfessorBonca thank you, this save was a godsend for me. In ACT 2 the game crashed because we have frequent blackouts in my country. I did not know that 1 crash would switch the save to dishonored mode with no indication. I foolishly continued and completed the rest of the game only not getting the one achievement I needed for completion. This save saved me 110 hours of replay. THANK YOU!!! 🙂🫡
Hi! Finished my honour mode run today, got the achievement (with mods), but no golden dice. downloaded this to see if i could get the dice, but it still didn't work. any advice? or is this just a larian thing?
Do you mind explaining how you got it to work? i followed the instructions but the file isnt showing up when i load the game? I even tried putting it in a folder with an existing save and deleted the other save and it still wont show
Hey, thanks so much for making this available. I encountered a bug in the last battle vs the Netherbrain which caused me to die, so really appreciate this being available. Having a weird issue though, when I speak to withers the screen goes black and then I go back to the party without being able to interact with anyone. I tried other people's saves as well, three in total, and they all behave the same. I then tried your file where I had to still kill the Netherbrain. The explosion did the trick and vaporized it, however it bugged out or something and it was back to full health but without a body. Have you ever heard of anyone encountering these issues and how to fix them?
OK I found a fix, Larian Support sent me a few options and the last one did it for me.
Next, try browsing to the 'C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Larian Studios' folder and rename the 'Baldur's Gate 3' subfolder. The easiest way to get there would be to copy the following line into the location bar in Explorer and hit Enter: %LocalAppData%\Larian Studios
This folder contains the saved games, configuration files and a level cache folder. Deleting or renaming it will get the game to recreate it on startup.
If the game still has the same issues, delete the replacement BG3 folder and if you have any saves that you wish to keep, rename the original back again.
Basically if you just rename your current Baldur's Gate 3 folder it will create a new save folder with no saves in i, put the savegame in there and load the game and it will work.
