if like me you were having some issues with the game crashing to desktop while loading the save and you use bg3mm for managing mods.
Open BG3MM and then click on file then import order from save, select the save and then in active mods you should see "honour" listed, export order to game, and then you should be able to load the save and talk to Withers to receive the achievement
While it won't come up with missing mods if you removed all of your mods before attempting to load the save, it still needs "honour" in the active mods for it to work correctly

Nope this didn't help. I installed the file per instructions on the description page, even renamed my old folder to get a new save folder created. I tried it with and without my mods (which includes an achievement enabler)... even loaded one of my random files and legit got the Buscar Achievement to test it, then tried again with the downloaded file and although it loads and I can talk to Withers, the achievement will not pop.
This is after update 6 and hotfix 19
EDIT: Got a delayed reaction... now the achievements pop up so please disregard.
Followed Nyanthethird Instructions, the save file loads just fine. But i cannot talk to withers or anyone else. Any ideas?
*EDIT* I was able to get the achievement to pop.

Launch game in Vulkan 7. click continue (char name was ana) 8. talk to withers and watch the cut scene
these are the steps exactly as i took them after trying all the other methods in this thread that worked for me. hope it helps someone else
I was so hopeful. Sadly this method was followed exactly and did not work for me. I turned off cloud save in steam too.
Got it to work. Same process above using the LSV file from Jan 17. What happened is the game made another sub folder that the honour mode file needs to be in. I emptied out all saved data, launched a new honor mode game and saved it (as soon as you appear in the nautiloid). This will create the new folder for honour mode and the LSV file needs to be put in that new folder and your newly created tav honor mode file needs to get deleted so only the new one downloaded from here is in that folder. Start game and you should be able to see honour mode game named "ana"

Thank you for this! I had accidentally deleted my completed honour mode save months ago, and upon the release of Patch 8 I reinstalled the game and for some reason the game forgot I had done it and my golden dice were gone. This worked like a charm!
At first, to me, the save just wouldnt load, it stayed at 0% (I never used any mods, nor I launched the game anywhere that wasn't Steam)
Then I followed savagedyouth steps: - start a new game in honour mode and saved immediately - exited the game, downloaded this save file - replaced the newly created honour mode save game from step 1, with the modded honor file - turned off steam cloud sync and booted up the game - loaded the honor save file, talked to withers - credits rolled and i got the trophy instantly!
For some reason, the game was still using cloud when saving even with steam cloud sync turned off, and when I loaded the save, it loaded the save from my original game. Well, I did one additional step:
- Opened the "options" INSIDE THE GAME - Unchecked the box "Cross-save" (I believe this is how it's named in english, my game was in portuguese. it's just below the "max number of quick saves") - Saved the game again (This time the "cloud save" didn't show up) - Exited the game - Replaced the new save with the mod save file - Restarted the game and loaded the save. The game warned the save could be corrupted and I should not play it, but loaded it anyway. - It loaded the mod save file, talked to withers, roll credits and got the trophies

I beat honor mode several months ago but never had achievement pop because I was using the in game mod manager as the bg3mm was having problems after patch 7 came out. Achievements would pop with bg3mm, and I didn't really have it in me to go back through honor mode again just to grab the achievement. So again, thank you so much for this save file.
i forgot the stupid orthic hammer..... as in at camp... i was all in for the oerpheous freedom, karlach as the ililith and Gale blowing himself up for the final battle but i forgot the damn hammer at camp lol
thankfully this save worked i just draggege the unziped folder into the game save folder.. and bam all that play time was not lost lol
hello, bit confused over here... my game is on 4.1.1.6072089 (hot fix 28 I believe ? up to date for sure) but when I import the file and go to load it, the game says "version : - depricated version). I've downloaded your latest file (from december) for hotfix 28 .. what could cause the issue ? I don't use any mod so that's not it ... thanks

The comment ItaDoc left works!! OML thank you all so much, for some reason the second I touched the door at the bottom of the last fight, it just said we had a TPK? So this was great to finally get it when we have tried twice and had bugs ruin the game xD
it worked! i used the latest save file form 25th december, im on patch 7. (if this file does not work for you, try using the older files in the mod instead.)
i disabled all my mods on bgmm first though, just to be safe.
what i did was: - start a new game in honour mode and saved immediately - exited the game, downloaded this save file - replaced the newly created honour mode save game from step 1, with the modded honor file - turned off steam cloud sync and booted up the game - loaded the honor save file, talked to withers - credits rolled and i got the trophy instantly!
hope this helps for anyone who struggles with this :)

JumpRemember to remove ALL your mods before loading this save for achievement.

Step 1: Put all my mods in BG3MM as inactive.
Step 2: Rename my Baldur's Gate 3 file to another name to spawn a clean folder (\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\).
Step 3: Place the save file into \AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames\Story.
Step 4: Go to BG3MM.
Step 5: Click File, Import Order from Save and click on the save file on the clean Baldur's Gate 3 folder.
Step 6: Move the "Honour" mod from the inactive to active mods.
Step 7: Go File, Export Order to Game.
Step 8: Load up the game through Steam or BG3MM.
Step 9: Talk to Withers and end the game, on credit achievement should pop.
