It's added to the appropriate class spell lists. I believe NPCs/Enemies use a different system for their spells and we would need to sort through each one and add it to each template individually - that is not currently a great priority for us as we are focused on creating the content.
You know what, that's a really good idea. I had almost forgotten about this as something to include in the cantrips. Edit: Optional file available over there. You can grab it from here. :)
Not sure if I am installing incorrectly. I have downloaded the VFX_Library and Compatibility Framerwork. I have made the Cantrip higher in the load order than the Framework and its not showing up in the spell list when I make a new character for a druid or bard..
I'm sure this is dumb question, but do I need the Starry Wisp for Clerics and the Glitterbomb mods in addition to the original like patches, or do they supercede it?
Likewise, I had the original mod previously, and swapped it to the newer glitterbomb version in the load order spot, and I no longer see it in the cantrip selection for my druid. Not sure if I still need the original as a dependency, too.
EDIT: So I installed the original version again, just above in load order to where the glitterbomb version is, which was where the original was previously, and the original appears as expected, but not the glitterbomb version. This is on a 1st-level Druid as a multiclass, if that might matter at all.

The Cleric, Glitterbomb and Barebones versions are all standalone.
For example, you can have the default version & the Glitterbomb version as they're different spells.
If you're having issues loading the mod in, try moving the entire mod group up in the loading order. I had a couple of aesthetic mods above the Vfx library and the mod wouldn't load in but once I moved them to behind the compatability framework all of them are working again.
Thank you so much for bringing all the onednd changes to the game, it's very exciting. The new cantrip is amazing, looks pretty and finally radiant damage no longer belongs solely to clerics and paladins. Just entered act 2 with my bard, perfect timing too. Much love and appreciation for your efforts <3

Here is an example load order.

I want to translate it, if of course you give permission
Shiv has created some wonderful VFX and I am glad they allowed me to use them.
