    I created this mod for Baldur's Gate 3 and posted it on Nexus prior to official mod support. I have no desire to rework it in the new format being used by the official mod manager, but I have received a number of requests to do so, especially from console users.

    As such, I am posting my mods on github for any enterprising modder to fork and take over in order to make the conversion and handle the publication of them as you wish. They belong to the world now.

    Gremmy is one of my favorite mods that I’ve done, but I find myself not using it very often because the novelty has worn off and the risk vs reward is way out of whack. This has prompted me to take another look at how she works and attempt to make her more useful and less problematic for the summoner. To that end, version 3.0 has the following changes:

    - Gremmy’s magic aura has been increased to +2.
    - Gremmy’s claw damage has been slightly increased.
    - Random outcomes have been rebalanced. Gremishka effects are still weighted but you should get more variety.
    - Gremmy is no longer reactive outside of combat.
    - Gremmy no longer reacts to cantrips.
    - Gremmy is no longer guaranteed to produce an effect when unstable ends. The odds have been reduced to 50/50 that an effect will follow.
    - Gremmy is a bit smaller.

    Version 2.0 - “the release version”

    Gremmy is now living her best life. Updates going forward should be less frequent.

    Highlights of Gremmy’s Magic Allergy in 2.0
    - the effects are a blend of standard gremiska effects and some appropriate wild magic sorcerer effects
    - standard gremishka effects are weighted in the random outcomes, they will occur most often
    - the split effect now has both hostile and friendly versions
    - the panther polymorph is no longer permanent. It lasts ten turns.
    - Gremmy retains Magic Allergy through all effects except when in panther form. It returns when panther form expires. 
    - regular gremishkas encountered in the game are left unchanged

    Love this mod! I fell in love with these guys after their combat and actively thought they'd make an amazing companion. Would it be possible to make it so that if Gremmy splits when it has already split into 2 you can get 3 or more? It replaces the other Gremmy's when this effect triggers and it'd be funny to slowly collect an army of them as play goes on. Probably as an optional download

    11/10 mod, but it'll be 111/10 when (not if, when) you add the ability to pet her.

    I just discovered that this works really well with "no rest for the wicked" from the submod of animate dead ++. Once Gremmy multiplies, you can kill all the hostile clones, and reanimate them to have a zombie gremishka army.
    Gremmy alone is insane, but having a large group of zombified normal gremishkas alongside her is somehow even more chaotic. Those little buggers took out most of the gith at the creche, all by themselves. I just had to reanimate any that might have died during the fight.
    But, other than that, my character and his party did nothing at all.
    10/10 mod.

    I just have to post this:
    This is amazing!
    I just nearly had a TPK in my wild magic west game because of this guy! He just kept multiplying into "buffed" enemy gremishkas! I had to stop using magic altogether and stab the last two to death with my Wild Magic Sorcerer! O.o
    Who cares about all the mad gnolls around! Wild Magic is the true menace and Gremmy is the king of it all.
    Poor Karlak died to a bunch of auto-crits from the chaos kitties of death...

    The cute part is that children treat this menace like a regular kitty and follow it around!

    A minor issue: Ever since I installed this I've been geting weird turn start notifications (even when out of combat).
    Does anyone else have these issues?

    It may also be the Wild Magic West mod and not this one...

    I love this mod, but HOLY CRAP can it get out of hand, fast. That's freaking EIGHT enemy gremishkas. (Also, ignore the cheese. I'm using the d100 Wild Magic table mod.)

    When Gremmy splits, does it ever return to normal?

      No, you need to reummon her on hostile splits which despawn Gremmy and replace her with two regular Gremishkas. Friendly splits create two Gremmies, and they are just like the original Gremmy they came from.
