Been enjoying this one a lot, any chance you take a pick at Fey Wanderer in the future? The existing mods with that subclass are both outdated and not as accurate as yours are.
Yeah its sort of waiting for 5e spells to update to the version I am testing with (its a pre release version so I could make sure Fey Reinforcements worked properly)
I cannot play multiplayer with a friend when specifically your mods are active. It works just fine in singleplayer, and we can play together when your mods aren't loaded, but then we add them and he can no longer join. Are you aware of this issue and any possible solutions?
Besides doing the standard steps for mods in multiplayer: double-checking that mod versions and load order are the same, you should also test them at the bottom of the load order or without any other mods at all to check compatibility.
I'm not an expert, but there's a chance that incompatibilities that wouldn't be a problem in single-player can be a problem in multiplayer because they would cause desyncs. That's why modded multiplayer setups have to be exactly the same in many games.
dont think it ever will be able to, due to the amount of scripting needed for the planar warrior damage conversion. Shame Larian didnt give us a native way to do that
Several of the subclasses listed do not show up for me. I use Vortex and use Loot for load order but some subclasses show and others dont. Anyone know the reason why? I have the required mods listed for each of the subclasses that do not appear
Hello, is it intended that when i hit an enemy under Planar Warrior and Hunter's Mark it only deals the damage of Planar Warrior and the attack? What i was expecting was either 1) Attack (1d6 scimitar) + Planar Warrior (1d8) in Force Damage + Hunter's Mark slashing damage (1d6) 2) All the above in force damage What i get instead is just Attack (1d6) + Planar Warrior (1d8) in force damage, idk how it should work in dnd5e so i just leave it here. Can you tell me if it's a known bug or it just works that way in 5e?
Hi just tested and had the same result. I need to debug it a bit further because, the way the damage conversion works, the combat log gets very wonky and some modifiers are hidden since the damage total is converted as a combination of modifiers. So I *think* it actually is factoring it in, just the combat log isnt showing it properly... I will report back after a debug.
Ok debug finished, and it is as I expected - the combat log is just hiding it but it is happening in the background:
In this example, my Horizon Walker hits with a dagger and does 4 (max) damage, + 3 for dex, +2 for dueling fighting style, and +2 from hunters mark (confirmed from the hit description through Script Extender) = 11 damage on the first combat log line, all force Then the Planar Warrior part comes after for 6 addtl damage on the second combat log line
I know this is not intuitive, but the base game does not allow you to convert damage through the data files in the way that the Planar Warrior ability requires it to be done. So it is all done through Script Extender in a not so pretty way, and so we have to make a concession with the combat log readout :)
I can't get Horizon Walker to show up. I've added other class mods, including the Samurai mod, without any trouble, but this one is being very stubborn. I've followed the load order instructions, removed and re-added the mod, created new games (4 times now), but still no joy.
Any suggestions?
EDIT: Never mind. Restarted, reloaded it and now it's fine. :P Great mod, by the way. I can already see that it's very well done.
Awesome glad it’s working for you. This is one of my older mods … its good I think, but also please check out some of the newer stuff I’ve made which I think is even more polished.

community library first, compatibility framework last, mods in the middle, improvedui and improvedui assets in overrides
and script extender needs to be installed and working
