He does not look black anymore at all. He looks like a white man with tan skin. Very generic, but I guess that's what men like and request. Euro-centric features only in my fantasy!!!
What's actually crazier is that assigning hard-traits to a race is more racist than this mod could ever be. I know people with almost 100% African heritage looking like they were born from the depths of Nordic Europe (hyperbolic) because of 1 or 2 loosely related ancestors but still identify themselves as black (which, as a cultural term, doesn't even exist in the context of the game).
I think it's erasure. Look at his features, the clear goal in bg was to make him black. It's not racist because we don't want him having european features when he wasn't meant to have those features. Idk where yalls from but in america, european facial features has always been the setting stone, everyone wants to look like that and it defeats the purpose of embracing individuality in what you look like. My point is, this is one of the reasons why it took years for black people to start loving and embracing their physical appearances. But, if you wanna get offended by this, you won't understand the problem.
Maybe this is for white players who want to play as Wyll because they find his character interesting, but they still want to feel represented since, as we all know, the only way for modern audiences to relate to the character they play as is if the character looks like them.
Okay, so Wyll's replacement face works; but only for the default Wyll. If he gains horns his face switches back to canon, and the situation becomes hilarious cause now the canon Wyll's face is the deformed version accompanied by horns n all.
Thanks for your effort, they look great, but I tried 3 times, and I am pretty sure I have followed your instructions as they seem pretty straight forward but I am not having any changes. I put the data folder in the Balder's Gate folder but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
