It's not hard to do if you want to make your own version. Maces don't normally have the Light property, but you can still dual wield them in vanilla with the Dual Wielder feat.
The Deva's Mace (different from the Devotee's Mace this mod changes) is a touch more complicated to get these days. First off, you should go somewhere where no one will care if you smite some Devas (I chose the entry area to Rivington, there are no NPCs who can see you). You have to cause the Devas to appear by using a spell like "Prayer of Healing", which isn't supposed to de-curse the "Castigated by Divinity" condition, but does anyway because, well, why not? Anyway, after you kill them, they won't have anything you can loot yet, so you have to go long rest. When you come back to where you fight them you'll find a bag where their bodies were, in that bag you'll find the Deva's Mace.
Tangent aside, I like this Mod and plan to download it. I was trying to create a mod like this but couldn't figure it out, so thanks!
If you respec your cleric, the Devotee's Mace does not go away. If you have multiple cleric characters, or use Withers to respec a character who otherwise would not be a cleric, you can get multiple copies of the Devotee's Mace.

How about a version for the tutorial chest for those who want to avoid such acts of evil. ;) Is that doable?

You can use this to: Immersive Tutorial Chest Spawning
It comes with a chest that lets you duplicate almost any item, including mod items.
