Sorry, not right now I only did simple edits for fun thanks to the great tools available maybe in the future if I'm ever motivated to learn blender basics ^^
lora goes into models/lora model inside models/Stable-diffusion upscalers into models/ESRGAN controlnet it's better to watch a youtube video about how to install it ^^
sorry i can't do that Toarie has been clear on their mod about it " Please do not reupload my mods or any of the files included in them, not to other sites, not to discord servers. You are not allowed to modify these files in anyway or use my heads as a "base" for your own mods. Thank you! " i slightly edited for personnal use only
Nice work, Biloran. This is another step forward in filling BG3 knowledge base. Be bolder in character editing. Your taste will allow us significantly diversify the existing faces for the better. But remember, noticeable changes to facial features will require correction of the animation bones both in the head file itself and in the base skeleton. ;)
sorry about that ^^ you can do your own edits following this tutorial tutorial you just need to follow the last part about editing since the modders have already done the rest
@K10 thank you for your kind comment but i'm a beginner with blender and from your screenshots we will have more luck if you shared your knowledge or your mods with us using your skills^^
Hi. I'm currently working on a large guide to models, textures processing and transferring assets from Skyrim. The work is progressing slowly - there is a lot of material to describe. Unfortunately, we are now only at the very beginning of modding BG3. In Skyrim section this state was a year after release. But that time the community had a lot of experience in mods for Oblivion and Morrowind. It was easier. Now with BG3 you have to take every step through dozens of experiments. Divine Divinity is almost useless (400 mods for several years). That’s why there are so few guides and tools. I hope Larian will provide more modding instruments in Definitive Edition {sceptical}. However, at this point, the success of talented people in BG3 modding is encouraging. )) Closer to the case. An example of small scale changes. The head animation is intact.
The only inconvenient thing is that I have to use both 3D Max and Blender. The Blender exporter is still terribly crooked.
Could you make a guide on how to properly edit heads from mods for personal use? I've been trying with vemp's heads but the current tutorials seem to skip over much of the workflow. Thank you!
you can follow this tutorial it's easy if it's an already modded head(for small edits) when you extract the mod you need the same folder structure inside your game data folder as the mod you place the file you want to edit there and follow the last part of the tutorial

I really wish they would drop some beginner friendly tools like the one there was with dragon age origins
