id love to play this class but loading a fresh mod order and all the requirements im not able to see the mod icon and most of the spells are broken and lack any description
It is good that someone's adding a Psion into the game, but I wish it wasn't LL's version. As much as I adore LL's homebrew, this Psion just doesn't feel like Psion, just like most of those homebrewed Psions tbh. Except Kibbles' Psion, which is genuinely the only one that is true to psionics, even if, in comparison to every other pretty overpowered Psion class, Kibbles' Psion is underpowered instead, but at least it's feature rich and very fun to develop and experiment with. Alas, it's probably way too technical to implement easily into the game, so I can understand not doing this one.
Dude this is the most horrible thing i have read in a while. Kibbles psion is HORRIBLE and disrespectful with the class designs and history. Its very, VERY BAD at mid to late game. The only group of people that managed to make a good interaction of psionics is Korrenberg. Its insulting what you just wrote because is based on your ignorance and not truth. I do agree with the bad design of this one too (LaserLlama), even the UA Mystic is better than this. But writing that Kibbles classes are good is waaay out of the curve, his classes arent cut for people who really like RPG, they are lackluster in a lot of areas and bland.
Love where youre going with the mod so far but I cant keep it in the list at the moment because I cant get the class icons to work. (If there are any.)
I am eagerly waiting for this to be expanded. Love LaserLlama's stuff, and when this is all done up, it'll be better than the Mystic. Thank you for making this. <3
As for a bug report, got all the requirements, and the newest, and still missing information and animations for... one of the cantrips?
I like this mod, because the game lacks a psionic class. Odd given your opponents are psionic using mind flayers.
The Mystic is nifty but it is literally labyrinthine with the number of disciplines to choose. Your Psion class seems like a very pared down version of the Mystic, and so is kinda right up my alley. Much easier to build. The Mystic literally bombards you with all kinds of psionic disciplines to choose, too many choices IMHO, it's irritating.
Two things I could quibble on: I wish it would level up past 12 (I use Unlock Level Curve), and better yet, at least not crash on level 12. What I usually do is take 11 of Psion, 8 of Mystic, then take the 12th in Psion to avoid a crash.
Some bugs: talent selections as you level up seem to be out of order and mis-labeled? I found that really odd. Secondly, at least three psychic/psionic spells have no spell names or titles and are just called "not found". Weirder yet, there isn't even really an exact description of what they do, per se, besides the damage they do.
The "missing" spells appear to be the "uniques" Mind Thrust (L1), Cerebral Blast (L3), and Psychic Crush (L5), again they just appear as "Not Found" and the descriptions are missing.
I don't mind that you don't have any included gear for the class -- I'm using the included gear that comes with the Mystic, which seems to work, as they both seem to be using the same resource (Psi Points).

Am I messing something up?

Started a new play-through, walked around the nautoloid for a bit, literally nothing has loot. I, myself also have no equipment in my inventory
Figured it out, was another random mod
