    -No, I cannot add animations the Ascended Fiend doesn't already have

    This mod could possibly get updates or alternate versions if I get requests. If for any reason the potion doesn't spawn or you don't have Tutorial Chest Summoning, you can spawn the potion in your inventory in the Script Extender's console with the following command, written below in code.

    Fair warning. I was really happy about this mod until I found out that it is the only mod I have that breaks saves. I've tried different combinations. But no matter what, after drinking the potion and transforming it corrupts the save files. 

    I can load any campaign BEFORE I drink the potion. EVERY and any save AFTER drinking the potion will not load with a 222 Error.

      I cannot personally recreate this issue but I'm going to count the mod as broken beyond what I can fix. All files have been archived

    So I've been playing around with this. Since spells don't use up the soul charges. Is there any reason to have them at all? When in ascendant form I have 4 soul charges that do not deplete no matter what I do (as said in the mod description)... so my issue is not so much to do with a mechanic that's there but doesn't do anything.. My biggest issue is constant turquoise/greenish glow you have on you until you long rest.

    Does anyone know how to stop your character looking like a freaking necrotic lamp after being in ascendant form? XD  

    (Mod is otherwise great apart from the soul charge glow) ^^

    Are you going to update this mod? I was just looking for something like this and finally found it. I don't know if it's compatible with patch 7, but I hope so. In any case, I would like to see more updates of this mod

      if it's incompatible with Patch 7, there's nothing i can do as i don't mod anymore. but there's no reason it wouldn't work with Patch 7 

      EDIT: i tested it, and it's compatible with Patch 7. i really don't know what you were talking about lmao

    It should totally have Hellfire Immunity, which Raphael and Steelwatchers have.

    Normally on a character entry you could use:
    data "PersonalStatusImmunities" "BURNING;BURNING_LAVA;BURNING_HELLFIRE"
    Which I think would still work if applied to the "custom_Ascended_Resitance", otherwise I'll test applying them as Boosts and get back to ya. I'd think you'd just be able to add it to the actual monster form though, no?

      the mod's already pretty unbalanced so i could probably add this no problem

    Is there any chance you’d make the spells not require souls to cast? I’d love to have them usable in non ascended form but the lack of souls resource when out of ascended form make that Impossible. Adding the spells to your character via console commands still work, but most are unusable and the igniting spark doesn't leave a hellfire surface when cast without souls present. 

    the mod works wonderfully otherwise! I just want to take some fiendish magic with me for those casual fights that aren’t worth transforming for!

      they already don't require souls. if you're trying to add the spells via console commands and they aren't working, then you have the wrong name for them. my spells are custom

      I used the ones unique to this mod with Raphael replaced with player, the codes being present from your other comment you answered for another user. Unless that information is now outdated. The unique files you use in the mod use "player" rather than "Raphael" in the code and still require souls when not in ascended form.

      Spell UIUD used:
      Projectile_LOW_player_DancingFlame
      Target_LOW_player_FlameFury
      Projectile_LOW_player_LavaChains
      Projectile_LOW_player_HellfireOrb

      i'm not sure then. they work fine in the ascended fiend form

      It works perfectly in ascended form and I love the mod. I hope my request/question doesn't come across as criticism!

    @ame4kitty hey i found Fiendish Ascension form doesn't have fly animation and climb antimation
        and also when in Fiendish Ascension form we still get burn(fire) damage from stepping on ground fire that we make from our spell


    i know you busy but can you fix this too :)

      i cannot give the ascended fiend animations it doesn't already have. nor can i make it resistant to Hellfire, which ignores fire resistances. if you can find a mod that gives it animations, then that might work. but i am not an animator, nor do i have the skills to attempt to do so

    The hotbar restore mod doesn't seem to work with this mod, my hotbar is still being resetted

    can you add RAVAGING INFERNO to this mod, i see Raphael have this skill when he transform. thanks

      +1 for this. His unique spells like igniting spark and diabolic chains have a soul cost that could likely be removed with modding their casting cost but would be awesome to have all of Raphael’s spells usable.

    Happy to report NEARLY every animation has been fixed. Dreadful Aspect, which once had no casting animation, now has one. As does Incinerate, which was missing one for some reason?? The only one missing an animation is Dismiss: Ascended Fiend.
