If you report problem, please mention which game version are you using, what mod version. And your entire modlist, most of the time issue are caused by some mod overwriting mine. Move it in load order.
MaskedRPGFan This mod is not copy of yours as that would mean i took your files and you can check if someone downloaded your mod or not, this mod was made on request, you can find who requested it if you look at comments in my other mods. For the last few days I have been doing various mods on request.
When I checked if such a mod existed yours was not yet released and when I started to work on it, I didn't double check. Sorry that I did similar mod but I didn't know your existed, nor would I bother if I knew it already existed.
I understand, but it is hard to not find mod that was done 10 hours before you released yours. Removing concentration is just 1 sec of work, you just need to delete one word. If you did similar mod already, whole process from start to finish is no more than 5-10 min depends on how fast you copy files and set up nexus page.
I just didn't double check because didn't think someone would make the mod in those hours. Thought that proved to be not the case. I make mods in batches then upload them one after another. Also I have other work that slows me down. Still your version has more option so people will gravitate toward it.
I generally don't look at trending or what is released, otherwise I would spend too much time just reading and searching stuff.
I have a completely different way of creating - I analyze mods and learn more with each mod created. I created my first mod for BG3 miraculously, by trial and error over many hours. With every new mod I create, I learn new things and new tools, adding and changing more, even if only simple metadata for the mod.
