    Locked
    Sticky
Note: Should still work fine with both patch 6 and patch 7

Hefty updates, so it's time for a sticky 🎉
    Version 2.0
Lengthy update notes, will do later, here's a Raven with dragon's Fire Breath:

(hit 'R' to open Sidekick, Settings -> Advanced Settings to rebind to a different key if you need, adding more hotkeys later maybe)
Edit: Minor 2.0.1 Update for Localization I missed, and added Feather Fall on request to Daily Buffs.
Still too tired to do full update notes, but I should probably put a huge warning below, so uh:
BE CAREFUL with the spells/statuses/passives/tags in the new Editor tab -

    • You can remove things that probably shouldn't be removed
    • You can add things that probably shouldn't be added
    • The character Editor tab should be used with caution, I REPEAT, be careful.

    Version 1.5.2

    • Mostly hotfixes, but also added a managed item preview (the concentration eye icon) to the Item Spawner, so you can more easily browse and preview how things look on your character. I'll probably add more around this later when I do the rewrite and cleanup EC desperately needs around all the new IMGUI features.
    • Note: It will get confused on certain modded items and fail to re-equip old gear sometimes, which I'll fix later. Seems to work best if you strip down to underwear first, so you can browse everything without fear of other things covering up the previewed gear.
    Version 1.5 - Daily Buffs

    • Added a tab for Daily Buffs, with the common buffs I normally have going for playthroughs from level 1-20. The idea is that the buffs level up as you do, and generally follows normal spell level progression, ie- Freedom of Movement is a 4th level spell, so it'll start applying when you're level 7+ and have access to 4th level spells. Feel free to toggle off the free bloodlust elixirs or any other buffs you feel are too powerful, but I kinda assume you'd have someone at camp dedicated to casting most of these buffs (like heroes feast) every morning anyway, so this is just a shortcut. I might add customizable buffs later once adding arbitrary spells/passives/statuses to characters is finished.

    • Triggers in the Teleport menu have also been updated to patch 7, as long as your game version is patch 7+, so you can now get to those fun new areas. The number of trigger locations in the game exploded from 10394 to 23841 for some reason, still dunno why, but there's a lot of fun new ones to go through.
    • Also added trigger filtering search for the Teleport menu (thanks to Volitio for the contribution)
    • Misc bugfixes and nil checks added.

Version 1.4.4 - New Cheat Spells

    • Story Control Effects: Container spell that gives access to dialog/roll buffs that can be used to force crits, fail, and success
    • Power Word(s) - Just Die Already: Spell that can kill just about anything and should be used with caution. If you're using Shivero's VFX Library, it'll use even better VFX, but it's not required.
    • Protection from the Dumb: Locks an NPC in place and makes them immortal for 10 rounds (should also work on a certain portal that needs protection in Act 2 somewhere...)
    • Stay Clean UI toggle also fixed, should show correct on/off status

    Version 1.4.2 hotfix

    • Remember to update AahzLib to 1.0.3
    • Hotfix for summons and non-recruitable camp followers in the new Party tab (unfortunately no, you cannot recruit Withers [yet?])
    • Item Spawner search now respects rarity filter
    • Teleporter tab immortality shortcut now toggles for the currently controlled character, instead of the one(s) selected in the main cheat tab
    • Caution: Unfortunately there's still a visual glitch where, when dismissing/re-adding party members with summons, they may have duplicate portraits until a savegame reload. There's seemingly nothing I can do about this for now with the way I'm having to dismiss/add, but I'll continue to poke around as I have time. For now at least things are functional and there shouldn't be console errors 🙏

Update 1.4 - The Party Update

    • Adds a new Party tab with 3 sections, allowing recruiting (debug) and quick party actions
    • Character portraits are buttons that open submenus on click
    • IMPORTANT: Recruiting unrecruited origins is a debug feature, and while it can be used in your main campaign, be aware that it skips certain cutscenes and quest flags, so you may miss out on seeing certain interactions.
    • Current party: For non-Avatar origins, allows approval and relationship changes, along with general cheats like revival, summoning, resting, etc.
    • Camp: Same options as current party, except for general cheats where it doesn't make sense.
    • Notes (Approval): View and set approval to -50~100 (be aware, they get super pissy and leave permanently at -50, with no way to re-recruit currently)
    • Notes (Relationships): Start pre-relationship, Partner, and Breakup (flag clear). From basic testing it seems like it's possible to date everybody, but partnering seems explicitly limited without further mods
    • Notes (General/Unstick): The unstick option is not for movement, it's a general cutscene staging/unstaging trick to fix characters who somehow become permanently invisible (not the spell).
    Item spawner QoL updates

    • Added rarity filter
    • Search doesn't clear unnecessarily when you change item types anymore
    • Item Quantity selection in sets of 1-100
    • Back to top button that pops up if you reach the end of the search list
    General Updates

    • New Globals section, with new 'Add Inspiration' cheat, with no current way to remove inspiration, and still limited to max (default 4)
    • New Stay Clean toggle (global), which changes certain global settings that should prevent Blood/Dirt splatter on your characters, although there may still be some forced splatter from cutscenes. It should persist, but the menu button seems to have a weird toggle behavior I haven't had time/patience to fix yet.

    1.3 Update Notes
    The Teleporter Update

    • Added a new teleporter tab. Easily teleport to any trigger location in the game.
    • WARNING: Teleporting can break your save, since it can trigger cutscenes, combat, and game flags to be set/unset depending on where you end up. Make sure you're backing up your saves for safety, or simply explore using a fresh save you're not worried about.
    • WARNING: Many triggers can chasm-kill you, so you may be wise to use the "toggle immortality" shortcut in the teleport menu before starting your teleporting journey.
    • Added a handy right-click to teleport feature that can be toggled on/off. It requires you to click on a collision mesh, so may be finnicky in some areas.
I'm excited to see what new areas you guys come across, the amount of crazy things I've come across just in the short testing I've done is... :yikes:. Feel free to send pics, and I imagine those screenshot archers will have a great time with this update 😊

    General

    • Added Toggle Carry Capacity cheat, which increases your carry capacity limit near the max. I haven't done extensive testing, but it should work in theory (lol)
    • Changed the Add/Remove experience to also be able to remove levels when giving negative exp. This can only take away available levels, ie- ones you haven't chosen character level up options for. For example, if you've already chosen up to level 5, you would need to respec to level 1 to wipe out those choices, then you can add negative exp to remove all your levels back down to level 1 if so desired.
    • Long rest should now remove cursed/charmed/petrified/stunned.
    • More bugfixes and safety checks for stability

    1.3.3 Hotfix

    • Non-host clients should correctly be able to cheat now, as long as the host has Host-only mode disabled/unchecked. I fixed the host-only checkbox giving incorrect behavior for connected clients.
    • Teleporter tab visibility now correctly depends on host-only mode
    • Teleporting now teleports the requesting client's current character, instead of the target entity(s) from the main cheat tab
    • Carry Capacity cheat should be fixed and persist through savegames now
    FAQ and Troubleshooting

    • My EasyCheat tab is empty or blank in MCM?
-> Wrong load order, make sure MCM is higher than EasyCheat.
-> EasyCheat does not show in the main menu (the tabs will be empty in MCM), only after loading into a savegame.

    • Non-host players can't open the MCM window?
Unfortunately there's a hard-to-address bug with MCM, where it doesn't initialize properly after a new client connects, so that new client's MCM window is never setup properly. The workaround is to reload the current save after a new client connects successfully. Because all clients are in the session from the very beginning of the server reload process, everything initializes properly.

    • Story Control Buffs aren't showing up as options in my dialog rolls?
Make sure you have them added to your character or a nearby character, and also that your character isn't set to Immortal. For whatever reason, immortal characters aren't able to make use of these story control statuses, and it doesn't look like something I can fix.

    • I can't find <this> item in the item spawner?
If you're looking for an item that is normally laying out in the game world, like many quest items and books, they're often defined as a local roottemplate inside the world/level templates, and are unique entities in the most technical sense. The level templates usually take a generic item  roottemplate definition and add a bunch of stuff on top of it to create this unique item entity in the world. It is not currently possible to spawn these local templates, since their object definition isn't fully encapsulated in an item roottemplate. If you know the UUID of the local templates in the world however, it is possible to summon (Osi.TeleportTo) them to you as long as you're in the same region. In the future I may consider adding an item summoner for these cases. More technical info on local templates can be found on the Larian wiki.
    • The visual check in item tooltips aren't updating and shows a different character.
-> If you've changed control to another character while the search is up, the tooltips will need to regenerate since they're prebuilt and not dynamic. You can fix this by backspacing or typing more in the Search field, since any change will refresh tooltips.

Hi! I wanted to spawn some Sussur Blooms, but I can't find it with the item search. Am I stupid or are some items excluded?

It's probably flagged and filtered out by the spawner for whatever reason, the item template is 8706eab3-e05b-478d-833e-308379972dad
and you can spawn it from console with:
      Osi.TemplateAddTo("8706eab3-e05b-478d-833e-308379972dad", Osi.GetHostCharacter(), 1, 1)
Not sure why the spawner's filtering it out, but it might be for a reason. There are a handful of specific things that are falsely flagged, and the rest are story items that can't be spawned. I'll have to investigate more later when I'm refactoring the item manager.

Can this mod be configured to make status applied to the character last after a long rest?

Would it be possible to make daily-buff applied to all companions in camp? So I don't have to buff everyone in turns if not using member limit mods.

Known issue, there are a few story rolls in the game that don't react well to being cheated and will cause a crash, which I'm surprised they didn't fix. One of them is the scuffle at the beginning of the grove. EC's Story Controls should work for the vast majority of rolls though, and I did just test them on Patch 8 and was able to force crits and fails fine. 🤷

I do have an alternate way to influence rolls entirely through SE, but haven't built the infrastructure for it in EC yet. It would take time I don't have right now unfortunately, but would likely get around any crashing and could probably even work for passive rolls. It's on the todo list 👍

Patch 8 - Minor DAILY BUFF BUG:
    - AID Toggle isn't working. AID skill will remain active, turning it on or off doesn't change anything, the buff will always apply.
    - Unmarking the checkbox will result on it being remarked automatically when you long rest or open the game again.
Patch 8 -  Major STORY CONTROL BUG:
If using any story control effect, the game will instantly crash.

I rarely comment so I don't know if I'm doing this right, but I want to say thank you for all the work that you do as a modder. I may not ever know how much work and dedication comes with making a mod like this, but hearing modders being harassed by the player base to speed up the process in making mods, please take the time you need to do so and try to block or ignore those comments. I only found this mod at the end of patch 7 and it's been a wonderful QoL to have.
