whenever i copy the BmGame folder from the extracted zipped file and paste it on the arkham asylum file and replace the already existing files and install the mod it says

Just 100%'d on Insane+ and can recommend this overhaul to any experienced Arkham player who seeks to get challenged again. I died to sequences that I haven't died to in years, it was hard but always fair, this isn't a Kaizo mod and I'm glad about that. It's thought out and genuinely challenging, thank you for this! The only problem I encountered were ground takedowns not connecting sometimes, also the sound still playing at normal speed was a little irritating, but that's nitpicking about a nonetheless great mod.
my freaking goodness, there are still two attacks that are at least seemingly too slow(even after the 1.1 version), so even when it is not your fault and you attack at the right time because the enemies attack very fast you will still get hit, one is the low leg swipe (I like to call it), the other is the one where batman jumps at the enemy with a high punch(I guess).
I tried to play with this mod but i constantly have a bug where batman perform his knockdawn attack 1.5x or 2x faster. The same goes for his "special" moves like breaking legs, arms or throwing thugs. I don't know if this is a feature to compensate for faster attacking enemies? Or this is just a bug, glitch with this mod. I sometimes can't perform knockdowns because batman animation is faster than actions in game. So i see batman performing knockdown but i hear sound of the said knockdown 1.5s later. And sometimes game pretend like i din't perform knockdown during a fight at all and even after animation is played out i don't hear a "knockdown thug" sound and he just get up like nothing happend.
I play with: - Armored Batman Suit Mod - 2 Graphic Mods "Arkham HD" and "Arkham Reborn" - GShade (clon of ReShade but without stability issues, faster) - Batman Debug Menu Unlocked
I DIDN"T changed anything in Debug Menu, after every restart of the game every change in the debug menu is reverse back to original. But yet i have this knightfall overhaul bug every single time. I installed this mod FIRST and everything else later as Readme.txt intended.
Played with the mod on "Insane+" and really enjoyed it. But, it's still too easy. I wouldn't mind a setting for 1 punch death. The hardest parts are probably the Bane and Joker fights, everything else is still pretty easy if you have played the Arkham games.

I installed it and tried the Insane + mode trying to do the no-damage run. I have to admit, it was fun, challenging and also really cool. Since I've already played Arkham Asylum on Hard Mode (Insane + replaces hard mode, making it more difficult) before installing the mod, I tested the damage in both stealth and combat in challenge maps. And I have to admit it, it was like being Batman irl (minus being rich). It was very cool. I'm going to install this mod on Arkham City and I hope you make this mod for Arkham Origins and Knight, because this mod is awesome.
Just 100% completed this game once again but with this mod installed along with the other recomended ones and I have to say the difficult alteration was really well done. The boss fights were more challenging, freeflow combat was much stricter with counters, and predator was unforgiving with the damage output. All these alterations made the whole experience more enjoyable.
However, I had an issue beating the freeflow combat challenges. Sometimes ground pounds would simply not connect and I`ve lost a few perfect rounds because of a buggy final ground pound. This seems to be an issue with batmans speed animation not syncronizing with the speed animation of the thug falling on the ground. Also, often times the ground pound glitch had something to do with there being a pile of defeated thugs next to the downed target. either way It was the only problem I had with the mod.
