  [Bug fixes and improvements]
  All Frontend fixes were done by Cult_7191 this includes fixing the HQR loading screen bug and restoring Catwoman menus, as well as fixing the GFXUI story titles.
  Partially fixed Harley Quinn's Revenge infinite loading bug. If you install the patch before starting the DLC then HQR will not save but will be fully playable in one sitting. Note: It will save correctly if you started it before installing the patch.
  Removed requirement for unlocking new game plus in order to use skins in story or free roam. Skins are now available from the start of the game and regardless of difficulty.
  Debugger/Level Select is now a separate icon in the main menu and is no longer in the DLC/Mods menu.
  Fixed GFxUI StoryDLC Titles.
  Catwoman Episodes are now restored through the Frontend, rather than an INI tweak - this prevents custom INIs from breaking the Catwoman menu.
  Renamed 'pc' folder to 'PC' to fix Linux issues, thanks to ZombiePyroNinja for reporting this issue.
  Added "Community Patch" logo to the start screen.
  Fixed compatibility with City Redux mod.
  Overhauled several skins.
  Fixed some skins not loading correctly after the batsuit chamber cutscene in the prologue.
  Added movie accurate cape for the 2005 Movie suit.
  Renamed movie suits to the year the suit came out rather than the title for easier translation.
  Changed order of the movie suits to the release date of the movies.
  Added Portuguese translation by Zee.
  Misc translation fixes/improvements.
  Reverted Robin's dive boost in free roam as it caused his skins to not work correctly. We're currently investigating for another method.

- Bruce Wayne's cuffs have now been removed by default in free roam. This should also prevent thugs from falling over when countering.
  Catwoman Episodes selection no longer requires hotkey and is in the main menu by default.
  Changed hot key for the debug camera to F1 instead of Backspace. This should fix the issue of users not being able to delete saves.
