   So the instructions were not very clear for this mod but hopefully this helps anyone else trying to install it. This will go in the 313100 DLC folder but you must have the FREEROAMMENU DLC mod installed to that folder as well. Basically install the mod at this link first and then put this one in the same spot and it should work after that.

      Do you still need season pass or just install it because in the requirements it does say that you need season pass

   Well thanks for doing that i did my mod how i said and it worked you dont need that built in mod menu you can use this joker mod in story as a batman suit
