I've followed the instructions to the tee. First, I extracted the folder into the CookedPCConsole. Didn't work. Extracted it separately, dragged it into CookedPCConsole. Didn't work. Moved the files into different DLC folders, like your other mods, which worked fine. Didn't work. I'm at the hotel fight and the skin is not showing up, despite showing up in character trophies. Please let me know what I'm doing wrong, this is super frustrating.
