Allows player Bros to get as strong as human enemies. Updated for Blazing Sands.

Are you also tired of human enemies showing your guys up? Of enemies that can keep up Shieldwall until the sun dies? Of enemy Hedge Knights spamming high fatigue attacks without a care? Of the Northern Barbarians rotating without it ever affecting their Dodge bonus?
Enact the Player-NPC Equality Act, by downloading this mod.
Changes:
-Allows bros to take the Battle Flow, Devastating Strikes, Sergeant, Sundering Strikes and Drums of War perks.
-Adds a level 7 perk to increase Fatigue Recovery by 5, so your bros can have 20 recovery like most human enemies.
-Hedge Knights and Kingsguard starts with 20 Fatigue recovery (and Iron Lungs blocked), allowing them to reach the 25 fatigue recovery that NPC Hedge Knights and Brigand Leaders have.
-Increase 4 attributes at level up.
-Veteran levels now start at 16 instead of 12, allowing your best bros to reach the same amount of perks as NPC Swordmasters, Hedge Knights and Master Archers.
-The Barbarians you start with in Northern Raiders, or get as an event, now have have the Barbarian Fury active skill. A version of rotate that only requires 5 fatigue.
-Blazing Sands: If choosing the Gladiators origin, your starting trio is guaranteed Iron Lungs.
ADDED: Player actives optional file.
I've read there might be some issues with the way I've added new active skills to certain backgrounds, so I've split it off as a test. This optional file gives your Barbarian bros the "Barbarian Fury" skill, and your hired nomads are now true outlaws as they both remember and are ready to use the secret technique of "Throw pocket sand at the enemy", instead of swearing to never use it again as part of their exile. As said, this file might be unstable, so say if they lose these abilities when loading a savegame.
Installation:
Extract the zip file into the data folder.
If you want Perks for Warriors of the North, download the compiled version and extract that in the data folder. Then download the patch and extract that as well.
UPDATES:
The rapid-fire patches for vanilla BB have stopped, and I've now uploaded versions of the files that should work with the latest one.
I still suggest downloading Perks for Warriors of the North and using the patch.
Literally the day after I upload a new version, there's another ptach.
